Hospitality on lock. I was greeted as soon as I walked in - the baristas gave me above average energy and enthusiasm and that lit me up. They engaged me in conversation, I was about it. The space is beautiful and I love the postcards as decor.

Usually the service is subpar, but this past Friday I have amazing service thanks to Shannon she was seriously a breath of fresh air at Harbor. She was personable, attentive, and very sweet. I ordered an iced matcha, the pecan latte, and two bagels. The drinks are great sometime the wait is a little long, the bagels were great. Would love more matcha flavors. Shannon is great!!

Cool interior, friendly baristas, and really mediocre matcha. Tasted like cereal milk, and barely had any color to it. I can’t speak to the quality of the coffee, but if possible, avoid ordering matcha here.
