Harold's Bar & Grill

I stumbled on this place, looking for a quick bite to eat. I'm so happy I did. The customer service, food, and drinks were stellar. Kyanna was our bartender. She made the best drinks. We were there for TacoTuesday. The vibes were great, and the establishment was clean. The music was amazing. The dj for the evening was DJ Swerve. I will definitely be back. Make sure you check this place out.

Where are Harold’s kids? This is the fifth Harold’s location in the atl metro area that I have visited; and as a Chicago native born and raised and know what the food should taste like, y’all missing the beat and this is an embarrassment to Harold! The food is horrible and the 4oz drinks for $12 is even worse! The only thing good about this location is the DJ and I hope y’all compensate him well because I believe the only thing keeping y'all in business!

I came in with a simple request, a fried chicken half white meat dinner to go, ordered it. It took 20 minutes to get it. They charged me an additional three dollars because it was to go, they charge an extra five dollars because it’s white meat, I get home and the dinner is dark meat. My dumbass fault for not checking behind a “black owned businesses “work but this is ridiculous. I called back up. The girl needs the order number and she needs to know what I had. I give her the all the info I have- she says they get the same orders all day everyday and can’t check anything and then hang up on me. Lol.

I waited for over 20 mins for eight wings. Place was not packed. Bar tender was very slow in checking orders and even taking the order. Let’s see how long this place stays open. Workers on the side twerking. How unprofessional.

The food was so good omg !! Will was the chef he definitely did his thing. Kayanna was my bartender drinks was flowing ! Music was so good DJ was killing it. Love this spot

Why was it necessary to charge 18% gratuity for take out order paid for while standing at the bar. I never sat but rather waited 20 mins outside for my order because the music was so loud it was irritating. Chicken & fries would have been tasty if they weren’t so salty. Lastly, they should be ashamed advertising coleslaw w/chicken when it was only a tablespoon in a condiment cup

I love chicken but them was the worst whole wings I ever had in my life .. I paid for lemon pepper but I just got a sprinkle

1st Timer: I had the sweet heat which was a good taste but the chicken was too salty to enjoy I was going to eat in but the new Hookah trend is too much for me I guess the men were the owners they were smoking the bs but the waitress was cool. Won't Return.

First this is not a kid friendly restaurant I called ahead they said yes they had no booster seats and had people smoking hookah @4pm . I ordered lamb chops & catfish the lamb chops was dry and the size of my pinky (NOT WORTH IT) & the catfish was all breading no fish. They must know the service will be bad because they automatically put 18% gratuity I didn’t complain about anything because it was 1 server and I figured she had enough on her hands with all of the tables being filled I don’t recommend

Don’t bother getting the onions rings……they’re not big at all. They’re the size of the onion rings you buy at the grocery store and they’re overpriced

"I ordered lobster bits, but when I received my food, I was surprised to find crab instead. When I brought this to the owner's attention, they insisted that the crab was actually lobster bits. Additionally, despite being the first to place my order, I was the last to receive my food."

Me and my friend went to this place first time on November the 1st. We got there about 12:20pm that afternoon the bar manager greet us. Then we ordered our food but she didn’t put our order in until 15 mins later. We waited about almost 45 mins for out food and we was on our lunch break. So they was worrying about crab legs being served before the people that already ordered there food. But when we got our food the order was wrong. We ordered salmon yellow rice and broccoli. Then ordered shrimp and fries basket. We didn’t get the shrimp and fries basket instead we got whole wings dinner somebody else ordered that after us about 20 minutes after. We got the salmon and this was our first time and it was a disappointment. The chicken was too over seasoned and greasy. The lady with the purple hair was more concerned on the crab legs then the orders been placed or that was placed. Almost most a hour just to get food. The lady never came and told us how long the order was going to be. She offered us nothing for the wait. Bad customer service!!! And the price was 49.00 and some change a odd number.

Excellent Customer Service! & Beautiful Ambience!
From the moment I walked in the ladies greeted me! The music was amazing! The vibe was vibing! The drinks! Lemon drop w/ Tito’s was delicious! The food was spectacular!
Everything about this establishment was phenomenal! Go and see!

I had family in town from Chicago and they wanted to check out Harold’s in Atlanta. It was such an Awesome experience. My guests wanted a particular liquor and the owner went out to purchase. If you are looking for a great ambiance and 90’s r&b vibe this is the place to be!!
