In done I have given them more than one chance. I went yesterday and they were out of cole slaw and dark meat. I got white meat and it came out burned. The fries gave me hypertension along with the overseasoned burned chicken. My boyfriend got overcooked wings instead of the lemon pepper wingettes that he ordered. We were starved so we tried to push through. I'm done they didn't take a penny off the bill and the chef didn't come out to talk pr anything. I'm tired of trying to give my foll.a chance and getting treated like crap in the process. I'll spare you the picture of the burnt shrimp I got from the a few months back.

Went last night and the bartender was mean, food took too long and we were the only ones in there and we left after waiting 29 minutes for chicken and paying $15 for a cranberry vodka!!!

The guy who was a waitress is phenomenal. But the bartender, the lady, who is there Friday night on 3/22 was VERY RUDE! She had a very nasty attitude and she shouldn’t work in customer service especially. The food was great but she should not be a representation of this restaurant. She needs more training on how to interact with customer to ensure a welcoming environment.

I will not return here. First off if you're going to call your place "Harold's" at least have the proper recipe. I went for lunch and after sitting down was treated promptly and politely by the bartender. She poured me a soda and later poured me a refill. I ordered a wing and fish combo. The wings came out hot and fresh. The fish came out greasy and burned. The fries were good. This is my issue. Upon tasting the chicken I could clearly see that it wasn't anything close to the Harold's on Edgewood, old nat, or Roswell rd. I asked the bartender about it and was told that this location is "independently owned." I get that part but why the hell would you call your business "Harold's" and intentionally mislead people into thinking you're serving Harold's chicken??? That's a terrible business practice. I'm not saying the chicken they served was bad because it wasn't, but in no way was it Harold's. Learn not to overcook your fish and change your restaurant name and would be my recommendation. I'm not trying to be negative, I'm just trying to be respectfully honest and help others make more informed food choices. I'd probably go back for a drink but that's about it.

Great ambience, chicken is usually good but last night the food a staff was not so great....the young man had reiterated what was said to us earlier how it would be 30 minutes before placing an order because the cooks was changing the oil, so we asked if we could place our order so we could get the ball rolling so he went to the back I guess to ask an when he came out he just sat down but ok, 30 minutes later he takes the order so we get our chicken an it looks ok not were use to seeing it so we take a few bites an the chicken had a burnt taste to it so I mentioned it to the waiter an again he goes to the back an when he came out he sat back down an was back on his phone. So the experience wasn't good hopefully it's a one off.

The chef, bartender and DJ was on fire so much, I tipped them all separately! This was my first time going and they overly exceeded my expectations! I went on comedy night (Wednesday ) and the comedians was on fire as well. This is my new go to spot on Wednesday’s! Highly recommend!

My chicken was overcooked. I also ordered liver which was completely overcooked. I didn’t even eat it. No exaggeration it was completely Unable for digestion . I left the whole plate. I was told there weren’t fries so I ordered okra. However, my food came out with fries so that was a little irritating so I had to wait for okra and everyone knows you don’t want your okra soggy.. I ordered a side of broccoli and yellow rice. The yellow rice was overseas. The broccoli was good.. Drink was very mediocre. Nothing to brag about didn’t finish it. Overall, I probably wouldn’t come back to this one maybe go to one of the other locations I spent $70 and ended up leaving and getting fast food. I should’ve probably asked for a manager and got my money back. The server was nice. Best thing was the fried cheesecake and that was still a three out of 10.. I would not come back To this location

KNOCK-OFF. How do you mess up the one signature piece? Burnt chicken should not be on the menu. Don’t be fooled, read this and save your time, money, & taste buds.

I ordered ahead of time and of course it was not ready when I came to pick up. Are the food and could tell something was off. I’ve been sick for the past 2 days. It’s obvious they not under any real management, just vibes. If you care about your stomach lining, skip this place. Coming from a Chicago native.

This is just another chicken joint with average wings and service and overpricing. Be aware that they add a mandatory 18% gratitude for dine in, 10% for take out. I'm very familiar with the original Harold's and its origin, and these new era Harold's aka knockoffs fall short on food and service. It's unfortunate that ethnic places here in Atlanta have all the same vibe, loud music, poor service, mediocre food, over pricing, and hood/strip club vibe. Being very familiar with the hospitality and restaurateur industry, along with the financial aspect of this industry, most businesses like this won't last, but good luck to you!

Where do I start. I ordered to go and was charge $3.80 for sitting in while waiting on my order. Both the chicken and Catfish were fried in OLD grease and over fried. The catfish was seasoned in with cajun seasoning which was not stated on the menu. The sweet potato fries and bread were ONLY the best part. What a waste of money. I'm a chicagoan, born and breaded this is a false representation of Chicagoan food. If you wanting Harold's chicken, you're better off going to the one on old national highway, the chicken shack. Or Harold Chicken Ice bar across the way for good vibe and great food.

Ordered through grubhub at 3:50pm because I had a credit. Scheduled pick up for 730pm because I knew I wouldn't be heading that way until 7pm. Get a text at 735pm food ready. Get there 743pm and let them know I have an order. The bartender like oh the one you was supposed to pick up at 3 something and we ain't got no salads. Is that how you serve customers? I told her I scheduled pick up for 730pm and she gone say you must have done it wrong. Ma'am I know how to place an order and showed her the order. No apology or nothing which could have fixed so much. Didn't offer to substitute the salads or anything told me to get with Grubhub. Then proceeded to give me food that had been sitting 4 hours. If you were concerned that it had been sitting since 330pm why not reach out? Manager never came to address the issue. They are definitely not own by the other locations and I had to be very pissed to even write this long review. Save your money and drive to Edgewood or Old Nat. Never again
