Harold's Chicken & Ice Bar

I am from Chicago and wanted to try Harold's In Georgia. I ordered a takeout, breast and wing with mild sauce. When I returned home it was a breast patty and a wing with a sprinkle of mild sauce. Chicago give you plenty of sauce and a real breast. Much to my disappointment. I tried calling but no one ever answered.

The chicken came out quick and HOT 🔥! We devoured multiple orders of chicken and fries. The music was good. The DJ was fun. There are TV's to watch the games. The service was good. They were very attentive. Unless you just need a drink, you can skip them. Have a beer or something. The tables could have used some cleaning. But you will have a good time.

This location has wonderful food, but several changes are needed. The service is definitely slow, even when the restaurant is damn near empty. Also, this store is in a serious need of renovation/upgrade. Be careful of the entrance when entering or exiting. You can seriously hurt yourself because of the steep incline.

Customer service is non-existent. I had to get pat-down by security to gain entrance to establishment only to wait at counter without service. I left and took purchasing power with me

Brooklyn was one of the best bartenders excellent service fast really efficient serve my drinks in a timely fashion I will come here again and bring my friends often one of the best bars and Cobb

Harold’s had some good food. I wouldn’t recommend it for a date because the music is loud, but the music is good! If you don’t mind talking a little louder then it’s a great place. The server was a nice guy. He seemed alone, but he did the best he could. I’ll go back.

My friend from Chicago put me on to this spot the 6 piece and fries are really good

Wheelchair accessibility: It does have a little bit of an incline but not to the point that a person in a wheelchair cant get in they will need some help or maybe not its probably a 2" incline at most

The girl with the blonde curly hair refused to work. She sits in a booth all day and did not ask us if we were okay even though everyone was working hard to try to service the tables. If you wanna be lazy, sit in the back

Chicken seasoned good to perfection but cooked in old grease. Fried okra was undercooked. The service was horrible I came in to place a carry out and 4 workers was at cashier register and not one greeted me it was as if I was a ghost. I had to say something. The. Me and my friend got charged $7 gratuity for a take out order.

Beward do not order from them for Delivery they always send you what they want to send you. I had this happen several times, do they not check the orders before they are sent out. You pay for one thing and when you get your order items are missing and you have to go to delivery service for your money back. Either the cook or the staff who is tasked to putting the orders together need to check and double check to ensure people are getting what they are paying for.

Went to this Harold’s on Friday night and it was the WORST experience. One of my college friends was in town and I spoke highly of Harold’s because I visit the one in Marietta all of the time and the food is always good as well as the drinks. We decided to go to the Edgewood Location to enjoy more of a bar scene.

When we got in there, there was maybe 10 customers, including my friend and I. We sit ourselves at the bar and were seated for at least 10 minutes and noticed no staff would come over or acknowledge that we were sitting there. The bar was not full at all. There was a group of people that were standing near the bar, but not exactly patronizing the bar or facing it for that matter. I counted at least 4 to 5 servers and bartenders in total most of them walked past us multiple times in and out of the kitchen and from the floor back behind the bar and continued to ignore us. After giving the death stare in their direction, a young guy, reluctantly dropped a pile of menus in front of us without speaking or handing them to us individually. Just threw a pile of laminated booklets in between us onto the bar and walked away. I was so shocked and embarrassed, especially because I spoke highly of this spot.

It was very obvious that the staff did not want to serve us. The night was very young. It was around 1 am. Super confusing.

We ended up just leaving and walking to Nosh. The customer service was exceptional from outside of their establishment. Harold’s definitely needs to take notes.

Extremely ghetto I would absolutely neverrrrrr recommend nor would I feel comfortable going again. If you’re visiting, Atlanta, just go on TikTok lol

I think that the price for 2 6 wings are very expensive $44.82 not to add that this was a togo order.
