Everything was a good vibe til I never got my food and had to pay for food I never got!! The owner was not trying to tend to me the customer he was more concern about his worker!! I never got any food!!! He walked off and didn’t care about giving me my food or even giving me my money back!! This is not the way to handle business I even told him to come look at our table! We were Women and who could eat 10 wings at once so we had everything still in table!! A mistake is a mistake just own up to it not rip your customers who not even from this area!! Sad sad sad!! I would never it was 12 of us!!

I participated in the Atlanta Peach Roll which is a bar crawl. We are on a time schedule at each location. We chose Harold’s because they have the best food. I informed the waiter that we had to go so could she bring the food in to go boxes. It took well over 45 mins for them bring out food. The server gave everyone their food and tickets except for 3 people in my party. When the server handed me my ticket I made her aware that I did not receive my food. We left then the server magically has the food. The security guard would not let my friends leave because of those tickets. The way that situation was handled was embarrassing. I would never not pay my tab. We did not get our food so I wasn’t paying. I also told her that we had to leave due to us being on the Atlanta peach roll. Someone from management should have addressed the issue. The way the waiter and security guard treated my friends was unacceptable. In the end we paid for some food that I didn’t even get to enjoy because they didn’t bring the food out with everyone else’s. Mind you it’s 3pm and it wasn’t crowded. This matter was handled in poor taste. I will not be supporting this establishment anymore because of this!

Listen… I came here one day after a conference a little after 6pm and the Happy Hour DJ had that bih leaning!!! The food is so good! Some of the best wings I’ve had in Atlanta and I’ve been back here for 2 years now. Jakel (I’m pretty sure I’m butchering her name but she’s a beautiful brown skin lady w/ braids) was our waiter and she was perfect in every way and the drinks…. Baaaby just know, they ain’t skimp’n on the liquor around these parts!!! 10s, 10s, 10s!!!!!

I’ve been here many of times. My last experience was by far the worse. We waited awhile for someone to take our drink order. Then additional 30 minutes to have our food order taken. The waitress was not friendly at all. Gratuity of $30 was added to our bill for a waitress that came to our table 3 times out of our 90 minutes we spent there.

If you want it quiet, go during the day. At night, it gets packed and loud (live DJ).but of course, with a packed house, service kinda gets slow. Definitely not their fault because the food hits every time so of course it will be packed!

Aside from them lying about the food they're serving...charging for catfish and giving you TILAPIA. Charging for 1800 and giving BOTTOM SHELF liquor, other than that it was a cool late night vibe, the DJ sunday night was amazing. The sauce for the fried shrimp was really good and the shrimp po boy was tasty. I wouldn't come back for the food tho. You get twice as much food at JJs for same price

Whenever I order Harold’s wingettes (party wings) or whole wings, I’m never disappointed. The wings are always fried to perfection with the right amount of crispiness. In addition, the wings are not huge like they are on steroids. Also, the drinks never let me down. My fave is the Strawberry Hennessy Margarita and I must say they are not stingy with the alcohol?. On the weekends especially at night, it gets real packed so if you want to try earlier in the day without a big crowd, they are open daily starting at 11am(check google to be sure). At night there’s a DJ that plays great music. The seating option at Harold’s is not just limited to the front part of the building, the restaurant offers insulated patio seating as well. Harold’s is definitely the spot that me and my homegirls go to when we want some good fried chicken. Also, I have not encountered any bad customer service on any of my visits which is a plus.
