Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff was rude. One of the employees was constantly mouthing at and about the customers. Absolutely terrible.

The three people working here at 1:00pm on a Friday have the worst customer service and poorest attitudes I have ever seen. The self checkout kiosk showed most pasty items as out of stock, despite muffins and cinnamon rolls fully stocked on the counter. When I inquired about this and asked for a cinnamon roll, interrupting the conversation these three workers were having, one woman handed me the cinnamon roll, clicked an item that was more expensive then walked away. When I said this was a more expensive item than what I intended to purchase, she said to just take it. I put the cinnamon roll back and walked off with the women yelling me about an "attitude". I didn't know asking questions and expecting respect were so hard for these workers, who still had not solved their kiosk "issue" of "out of stock" pastry items. Never met nor interacted with such a group of people so unwilling to work.

Such an awful experience. I ordered an iced latte. The employees were asking me how to make it. One employee asked me “so is a latte milk with some ice in it?” After 3 attempts at making it, I asked for a drip coffee. I’m pretty disappointed I overpaid for a mediocre cup of coffee. But seriously, lattes are about as easy as it gets.

I’m not sure what I expected at 5 AM, but it certainly wasn’t this level of disappointment. Almost everything was unavailable at opening, which really makes you wonder why they even bothered unlocking the doors. The few items they did have tasted like they had been rejected by a vending machine.
Every bite was a betrayal. Every sip, an insult. I left this place not just hungry, but questioning my life choices. My day was ruined before it even started. I have since sought therapy to process the experience.
Would not recommend, unless, of course, you’re looking for a new low to compare all future meals against.

The blueberry loaf was delicious but the lady working there was rude had a attitude problem and when I asked a question she barely answered, was holding a conversation over my food with a security guard while the line was super long

The ordering mechanism is the worst designed interface I've ever seen. The line is 20 people long and completely stalled as elderly people try to work through a complex menu filled with multiple undisclosed failure points.

The worst coffee shop in the world. The prices are higher than listed, and the coffee/iced tea is beyond overpriced. The $6 iced coffee is just a cup of brown water mixed with a hint of cocoa flavor.
