It was my first time here. I came with some friends while driving by and looking for something quick to eat in ATL. I was helped by a staff member who recommended the fried chicken sandwich to start with. He was very nice and welcoming. Food was great!! Fries were crispy.

Food was awesome. Everybody was good!!!!
We ordered fried chicken sandwiches, jumbo wings and fried pickles. Everything was AMAZING. The staff was friendly and the food came out fast. This will be my new spot every time we venture into Atlanta.

Ordered delivery. Order never came, impossible to contact support, and now I have to dispute this with my credit card.
Plenty of chicken around Atlanta, go elsewhere.
Edit: Thanks for the copy paste response instead of actually researching what happened and reaching out to me. Bot company.

*EDIT* On my visit today, my peach cobbler was missing from my to-go order. I have been calling all day and left a voicemail. It's impossible to get someone on the phone, and apparently they don't return calls. I live 40+ miles away and am utterly disappointed in this experience. If I were nearby, I would drive over, but it's not even worth the cost of gas and time to recoup $3.50 plus tax for the peach cobbler. Hattie B's, do better!
Hattie B's Hot Chicken... what can I say? Hot, yes. Delicious, yes. And did I mention AWESOME customer service?! I've been to this location 4 times now, and I have not been disappointed. On my previous visit a couple of weeks ago, I placed a to-go order and a couple of items were missing from my bag. I called the store, and was assured that they would make it right. They gave me options of refund, store credit, and replacing the entire meal. I went in today and received more food, at no charge, than my original meal with missing items. They even threw in drinks! I wish the drive wasn't an hour from my house because this is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat. They have indoor and outdoor dining. On the patio, you can play Corn Hole. They have fountain drinks, a selection of beers, fresh brewed sweet and unsweet tea, and fresh lemonade.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Must-Visit in Atlanta!
Alan made our entire experience exceptional! I brought my parents here for their first visit, and we were impressed from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and absolutely wonderful at every step. If you’re visiting Atlanta for the first time, this restaurant should be your very first stop — you won’t be disappointed!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Dining Experience in Atlanta!!!
Our recent visit was nothing short of exceptional. We were invited by our daughter for our first dining experience here, and it exceeded every expectation. Alan provided impeccable service! He was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Each entree was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, creating an atmosphere of true hospitality. This restaurant embodies the very best of Atlanta dining and is a destination we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city or here at home.

Starting on a positive, I believe the chicken sandwich meal with side to be a fair price. I’ve ordered twice in a row before giving an opinion and it is this: inconsistent but fine for price.
My first visit I ordered the medium spice fried sandwich with pimento mac n cheese. They nuked that mac, or maybe there wasn’t any. Either way, mush. The sandwich was great.
Second time, again sandwich but fries and the peach cobbler. The cobbler was all filling and not good. Threw it out. The fries SURPRISINGLY were great, crispy with soft interior. The sandwich was fine, but 1/2 bread slices was hard as a frisbee.
