Heavenly Jars is located in someone's apartment. Can you get a Fulton County Food Service Permit in a home kitchen? If not, how can we know food safety procedures are being followed? The address for the business is 1925 Monroe Dr which is a large apartment complex. They require you to sit in the parking garage while one of their kids bring down an order.

Worst experience of my life working with a "business". Ordered 4 cake jars. Three days later when it was time to pick up, my husband sat outside of the address for 40 minutes while trying to get in contact. No one picks up, no one answers text, DMs, nothing. Literally had to tell my sister that the cake jars she requested for her birthday just weren't fulfilled. After realizing we wouldn't be getting cake (I tried for two days to reach the owner thinking maybe they had an emergency), I requested a refund which to this day hasn't been acknowledged. This happened back in June. I am only just now reviewing because this whole time I hoped to hear back that there was some life threatening emergency that would make it okay to take someone's money and never deliver the goods. I literally had to file a claim with my bank to get a refund. Really unfortunate & unprofessional. Still have not heard back from the owner yet she's active on Instagram. If you are going to be inactive shut down your website. Gave one star simply because zero is impossible on Google.

I absolutely love these cake jars! The strawberry shortcake is one of the best tasting cakes I have had since moving to Atlanta. The packaging is cute and I think the price is reasonable. Unfortunately the customer service has been extremely frustrating. I have ordered many times through uber eats and postmates and have had issues with almost half of my orders. Today, I waited over 3 hours for my delivery and 4 drivers informed me that they had not received a response from Heavenly Jars. My last driver was finally able to get in contact and was told by Heavenly Jars that my order was "stolen by a driver." Another driver had also told me the same thing about two months ago. I really love their cakes and it is nice to know that they are freshly made (I assume that is why there is usually a delay) but I wish there was more transparency about expected delivery time, better communication, and better customer service.

I’m guessing this is not a real location. Tried calling and the phone rung a few times and then the call was disconnected. Definitely not trying to eat out of someone’s home as there location is not a business but someone’s home…

I want start off by saying this lady is extremely rude I waited past the time for her to bring down her ice pastries. She didn’t speak, she didn’t say nothing ,she had a robe on. Extremely unprofessional.

I texted the number to place my order and no response. I was disappointed. Even more disappointed in the owners response. Lacks customer service! Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t not recommend no matter how many customers they have!

Customer service was great in beginning. However pastries were a little dry the top was good. I order 15 cake jar with a ribbon and spoon I received 15 jar with a Christmas bow and no spoons for my baby shower. I also order event cup cake that were more expensive than the regular's cup cake. However upon delivery weren't any specials cup cake just regular one. So please check your thoroughly before paying your balance

Every time I get one of these jars, I feel like a kid again! So good! Perfect cream to cake ratio. When you finish a hard you’re going to wish you ordered even more! I always get at least 3 jars and still want more!! Bbygirl, keep doing what you’re doing because you know how to do it right! ??
The best !! I see so many people trying to come out with jars but they don’t look nearly as appetizing and pretty as heavenly’s! So good instead of waiting for heavenly Tuesday’s (discount ) she’ll make you wanna buy three the day before ! F*** the wait ! ???♀️ ? .
