This place came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. I ordered the seafood platter (fried lobster, shrimp, catfish) with fried okra and wings (hot) on the side. I’m a foodie and I wanted to try it all. Customer service and atmosphere was exceptional.

The service was very pleasant. But the hot chicken wings were not good at all. They had a funny smell and taste. Almost like the chicken was fried in old grease. Or fish grease (I could be wrong). I also didn’t like the texture of the chicken skin. The fried and potato salad were ok.

The staff was very helpful. I am hard of hearing so they were very patient.It took about 25 mins to get my food, but it is because they make it fresh as you order. I ordered the chicken sandwich (hot) w/ coleslaw and cheese and side of fried okra. The sandwich was delicious but the fried okra had some pieces that were a little salty. I also ordered chicken strips and waffle for my wife. The chicken strips (mild) still had flavor and a little kick and were very good portions. The waffle was a Belgian waffle and was good as well.It was easy to find parking and the restaurant was very clean inside.Overall it was a great experience!
