Best gluten free cinnamon rolls I've ever had. I have been looking for good ones and these were the first to finally hit the spot. Cookies were great too. Wish I lived closer I'd be here all the time.

This is a destination bakery for anyone as baked goods are phenomenal. It’s especially for gluten free they have perfected the cake style donut. I travel to Atlanta a few times a year and always return to Seattle with a load of these delicacies. Visit on the front and back end of my trip. Get there early as the options sell out. Love the confetti and double chocolate donut. Cinnamon rolls next level too. HELL YEAH

Was recently taken over by private equity and not all the items are gluten free. Avoid.

No longer dedicated GF, has sold their company to tech bros that want to make HYGF a national brand with gluten friendly products... Bro, celiacs can only eat at dedicated GF locations. I'm so disappointed. I miss Alejandra 💔 the food different now. Vibes different. The staff is doing their best to keep things under wraps but you can tell. This pace will never be the same again. Ate here for years without reactions and now I get violently ill from one biscuit :'/ I will forever mourn being able to eat here. The donuts, pop tarts, and biscuits used to be the best in the world, now you can get hives, vomiting, and nausea. Ugh.

Omg! Came here on a whim during an unplanned flight layover. Best decision ever!! The breakfast sandwich, the pot pie and the hot pocket were all absolutely incredible!!! Go here! Buy everything! You won’t be disappointed.

I have never been to a more disappointing gluten free bakery. Everything was bland, flavorless, and clumpy. If you go here, take your expectations out back and execute them.

I cannot recommend HYGF to enough people! Over the holiday, we brought cookies to an event (and wanting there to be accessible GF options, we ordered a dozen cookies ahead). Pickup was quick and easy and guests loved them (celiac and others alike).

Yum Yummy yum! The bacon egg and cheese biscuit is to die for! Also the vegan donuts are on pointttt! No space to sit in there so plan to take your pastries and go!

2 celiacs visiting from Charleston SC. Ordered Egg and cheese biscuit, cinnamon roll, 2 donuts. Huge portions. Cinnamon roll was at least 5” across and 2” tall. We fought over the last bite of the Vegan double chocolate donut. 🤌 That biscuit would be my death row last breakfast choice. Pricing was very reasonable. They even have ‘day old’ items at 50% discount. There was a line of 7 people at 930a on a Sunday but it moved along quickly.
My only regret was not buying more. Please set up shipping!!!!! Or better yet, a 2nd store in Charleston!! We will be back.
