Atmosphere is there. But the food is dry and coffee is weak.

My firefighter crew stopped by for lunch and it was an amazing experience. From cereal topped donuts, big square tots, shakes, burgers and fries. They had the good stuff.
The place was super cool and best of all: The staff were mega nice and accommodating.

I really wanted to love this spot, but I left disappointed. I ordered the classic breakfast plate (eggs, hashbrowns, meat, toast). The first strike was when they said they were out of hashbrowns. My only options were fruit or fries, and I chose fruit (because fries with eggs and bacon seemed weird). Then I was told they might be out of bacon, too—which almost made me walk out. I mean how is a breakfast spot out of hashbrowns and bacon, come on. Luckily, they did have some after all, so we continued ordering.
Next came the eggs. The server offered “fried or folded” (still not sure what folded means), but I wanted fried, and I specifically asked for over easy—which of course means runny yolks. What I got was the hardest, rubberiest eggs I’ve ever seen, cooked beyond recognition. To make things worse, they gave me the smallest, flimsiest plastic fork and knife, neither strong enough to cut through the eggs. And my food was served on a plate where the edges and finish were clearly wearing off, and possibly flaking into the food, which was definitely concerning. The toast was golden brown and looked very promising, but the middle was doughy and undercooked. The fruit cup was mostly tart and under-ripe, with only the blueberries worth eating. The bright spots - the bacon was excellent, and the jam was very tasty. My son had a breakfast sandwich and summed it up as “kinda mid.”
On the positive side, the patio was lovely—plenty of tables, nice atmosphere, and perfect weather. The vibe is great, but sadly the food just didn’t measure up, which is what matters most.

This is a case of expectations versus reality. Social media the apple fritter looks absolutely stunning. Chunky, well fried, nice apple pieces, everything you would look for.
But when you go in that's not what you get. Well that's not what I got. I got a flat, mushy, under fried, soggy, apple less, grease cake.
I tried to reach out directly to discuss maybe a bad day or had a new guy on the fritters but no response.
So I'd have to say poor food, poor service, abut the space itself is decent. Small but sufficient.

I’ve been here a few times. I got a burger the first two times and went for a breakfast sandwich this morning. I have enjoyed everything. The bun is pretty much perfect. I enjoy the sauces too.
The cold brew is tasty but a touch potent. I’d probably add some more water but it’s not gonna keep me from ordering it.
I’ll definitely be back for more breakfast. I am an early riser and getting quality food early is a challenge in Atlanta. I’m glad I’ve found HERO.

While the donuts present an appealing visual, the presence of an unusual aftertaste raises a potential concern.

I've never been to their store in person but we ordered catering for an office breakfast from Hero and it was SO GOOD. They have way more than just donuts. Surprisingly inexpensive (but not cheap) for the quality and the food was delish. Ordered twice now and they've been on time with the correct order both times. This is a new office fave for breakfast.

Was supposed to open at seven, stood at the doors until 715 before I left. Was going to get my team donuts for the morning meeting. Well, I guess I’m going to Publix.
