As a parent. This place is very kid friendly. They love the doughnuts, the burgers & fries. My daughter likes the side chicks. The prices are a little higher than fast food but the quality is better than fast food. I live in Summerhill and it’s probably the most reliable place on the block.

The man behind the counter walked away from me when it was turn to order to do other things. I almost waited 10 minutes for him to come back. I tried to use the fountain drink machine and only the ice was working so I got some sweet tea. Turnsout the sweet tea was unsweetened. I went back to get another drink and the fountain drink machine still wasn't on. A gentleman who was a regular had to turn it on for me because I was standing there for a few minutes trying to get the same man's attention who took my order. Kind of sucked.

Delicious food but perhaps a bit too disorganized. I ordered a dozen donuts, two lattes, and some mini chicken biscuits for delivery. Only my chicken biscuits made it to me. The other items were given to the wrong delivery driver. While I was able to get a refund, when I went to reorder, the donut flavors I wanted were sold out. I tried to call and give feedback directly to the store but no one answered. Extremely disappointed in my experience. I had placed my order early in the morning specifically so I would get the flavors I wanted. Not sure it will be worth the hassle in the future.

This place is flat-out delicious! Their chicken egg and cheese is my replacement for chick-fil-a after chick-fil-a has admittedly reduced their food quality. Regardless, they have been on another level above chick-fil-a even before that. Their cookies and cream doughnut is my favorite! The staff all seem really nice and friendly too!
Hands down the best chicken sandwich, French fries, and doughnuts. The gentleman who answered the phone had a pleasant and kind demeanor. I highly recommend this place and I'm sure you will enjoy!

I had a complicated order and Tony was the best I asked questions about the menu and certain donuts and he was phenomenal and well versed on the products. I ordered the Boston cream donuts and seasonal chocolate dirt worm donut phenomenal 🤩I am impressed at the service and quality of products at Hero Donuts Atlanta I highly recommend you also visit them for a breakfast platter and can customize to your liking. I also met the General manager Devarious and he was so kind and professional. Go pay them a visit if your in the downtown area best suggestion for parking is in the rear 👍✅😊😇♥️🍓🍇🍉🥖🍳🍞🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🧀🥳
