They're usually my go-to for my hibachi and sometimes the wings BUT how is it that if you get 5 wings you get 1 dressing, 10 wings still one dressing, 15 wings STILL one dressing!!?!!?!!! Somebody PLEASE make it make sense!!!!!!!;
Was quoted over the phone for cash price but when I came into the store, it was completely different price because I spent with card. I wish the girl would have told me that before I came up there so I could have gotten cash back at the Kroger next door.

So i raved to my mom about this place because when i came before it was amazing but this time it was like they fell off i ordered just wings and steak hibachi i was charged $30 i was a lil confuzzled until i realized she charged me for the wing combo my mom got steak and shrimp hibachi... the wings were good but both of the hibachi plates was literally rice and steak with a few pieces of broccoli and carrots my steak had a few hard rubbery pieces and was kinda tough and both plates were EXTREMELY SALTY we couldnt finish eating because of our blood pressure smh overall this was not the best experience..

I’m mad af I ordered a veggie salad yall poured all of the cheese out the bag onto my salad!! It was absolutely horrible then you say veggie salad for $10 when it only had tomatoes and onions where are the veggies basically you gave me Cheese with lettuce!!!

I walked in and ordered hibachi shrimp friend rice with veggies and the dumpling from the kiosk, very smooth process. When I asked to add on a drink and pay the lady at the counter barely acknowledged me. The FOOD ? This is not hibachi rice just plain fried rice, The veggies were hard AF and the cabbage was just thrown on top. Presentation is so sloppy and the taste is not good either… Dumplings were fried hard and I may have gotten 6 pieces of shrimp total.
Just to keep it honest, there’s a sign hanging up for customers to receive a free drink for providing a google review for this restaurant so be aware when it comes to such high ratings for this establishment.Mmm the food is ok. It’s honestly not all that. The veggies are not mushy, the meat could’ve been cooked a little more. I had the chicken, steak, and shrimp. The food is high in price . $12 for a 4 piece tender combo ? $ 18 for my combo. Customer service could use some work, but it was a Friday pretty late night so I’ll give her that. The cashier’s stern demeanor, mixed with the prices, almost had me walk though.The one thing that makes this place a little scary is that it literally has slot machines lining the walls, no tables. Me and my boys would’ve liked to sit down and eat, instead I had to keep them from messing with adult stuff. Literally the inside looks like the slot machine section of a gas station.Other than that, They do give you a lot of food, and the rice is pretty good. Overal I’m happy, think I’ll try other Habachi places for sure, I’m not running to eat here. The wings were straight also, absolutely nothing “special” about them. The wings are a good size ?

Ordered wings, told it would take 10 minutes… after 25 minutes, they gave me someone else’s order. The middle aged Asian woman opened it with no gloves after cleaning and handling money at the cash register, stated this is your order.. when I gave her my receipt and told her I just ordered wings, she said, your order is still cooking and it will be ready in a minute.. she went into the kitchen speaking non English to the cooks and my order was ready within 2 minutes. Sadly to say, the wings were cold and looked refurbished and she tried to pass them off as fresh wings.. had another customer to verify… she preceded to say no refund and oh my god.. i made a video of the entire ordeal and will post… they also have an under age employee working there as well… do not support, not in our community!!! Can’t treat us like this where we were born and raised!!! Kroger plaza, Hibachi Stop!!!
