Classic terrible Atlanta restaurant trying to do the most but clearly doesn't care at all about customer experience.
Came here with a group of 4 on a weekend afternoon, the entire place was very disheveled despite there being maybe 8 people sat at the bar, no one else sitting at tables, and at least 4 bartenders/servers. Our server was nice, but the place is run very poorly.
Like so many other reviews, service was extremely slow and the kitchen and bar were out of almost everything we asked for. Our server didn't even know what they were out of, so it was only 5-10 minutes after we ordered that he came back and told us they were out of the thing we ordered. The food took ages to come out -- again, there were maybe like 8 other people around us, and clearly there was plenty of staff. The food was actually very good, too, when it finally came out, and reasonably priced, so they get credit for that.
Our server disappeared for like 45 straight minutes at one point, leaving us to sit around and wait for our check because none of the 3 other bartenders bothered to check on us either. We finally flagged someone down and asked for our check, and he immediately forgot and started to pull checks for people at the bar, but not us (sitting at a table). It wasn't for another 10 minutes till our server finally showed up that we asked for our check again and finally got it.
I believe we were overcharged as well, since two $7 salads (we specified that we wanted the $7 one), a $12 appetizer, and a vodka lemonade definitely doesn't cost $50. Truthfully we would likely have spent way more than $50 if the place was functioning properly, had their listed menu items available, and made us want to stick around for another drink (or if our server was even present to ask if anyone wanted another drink). But by the time we finally got our check we were all running late for the rest of our day, I just wanted to leave that place and forget about it so it wasn't worth arguing about and waiting probably another 15 minutes for the correct check.
Definitely will not be returning, and will be actively warning people to stay away from this place. There's so many other better places to get a drink in Midtown.

Everything I ordered they were out of, waited over 20 minutes to get the bill. The vibes were just completely off. Won’t be going back

Could’ve hit the high note… but fell flat.
The ambiance is promising, but unfortunately the experience left us woozy for the wrong reasons. We found a fingernail on our table not exactly the garnish we were looking for. Multiple areas of the bar were visibly unclean despite it not being busy at all, which is disappointing given how much potential the space has.
The service was fine when it happened, but after our food was dropped off no one checked on us again. The staff seemed disengaged even though the place wasn’t crowded.
Overall, cleanliness and attentiveness really need improvement to live up to the beautiful setting. High Note, please tune it up.

Second time visiting and once again, a disappointment. The service was terrible, and about 75% of the menu was unavailable. The bartender mentioned they haven’t served frozen drinks in two years yet they’re still listed. The parking is a total scam I was there for just 12 minutes and got charged $20, even though the sign clearly states $5 to park . Don’t waste your time or money here. It’ll cost you $20 just for giving them the privilege to waste your time.

I visited tonight along with my children, celebrating my daughter 22nd birthday. Had a generally decent experience, though there were a few things that left me with mixed feelings.
My boyfriend and his daughter weren’t initially allowed to enter because it was after 10:30 PM. This was disappointing and a bit frustrating, especially since we weren’t aware of any specific cut-off time posted or communicated in advance. Thankfully, the situation was eventually resolved, but it definitely put a damper on the beginning of our visit.
As for the food, it was okay — not extraordinary, but enjoyable enough. The menu had a decent variety, and everything we ordered was prepared well, just nothing that particularly stood out or wowed us.
Customer service was exceptional except for the tall gent with braids, he definitely ruffled some feathers and did apologize, but that was a bit too late. That one situation changed my mind quickly about this establishment. The other staff was polite and professional. We didn’t feel rushed, which was nice, but there wasn’t much in the way of personal engagement either.
Despite the hiccup at the start, the ambiance and overall vibe of the restaurant were pleasant. It’s a nice spot to relax and have a meal if you’re looking for a casual experience and aren’t expecting anything over-the-top.
Would I come back? Likely not. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not a particularly memorable one either.

Really nice rooftop bar... great for spring and summer nights, plus the drinks were good!
Hidden gem spot to chill😎
Great vibes and the drinks were delicious
Went after the St Patrick's Day Parade. It was a gorgeous day to check out a rooftop. There weren't many people up there. It took some time to find the access door, as it's on the 6th floor but you have to walk a long way down a hallway and turn by the bathrooms to get to the door for the rooftop restaurant area, not a lot of signage. The views aren't great, just of other close by buildings, but it is a cute designed space. I sat at the bar and was greeted immediately by one of the bartenders. I got a beer and ordered the jalapeño corn hushpuppies and the honey hot chicken sliders. The food was good, the chicken sliders could have used a little more sauce. A DJ came and set up and had a good selection of music playing and it wasn't too loud. Very relaxed environment.
There were a couple of kids in a corner, and they started climbing on the outer glass wall and then started pickup up small rocks and throwing them over the glass. Before I could flag down a staff member, someone from the team went over and got on to them. Apparently the mom was working in the kitchen, as they went to the back and brought her out to talk to them.
They take your card and open a tab, which I'm fine with. My biggest issue was when I went to close out, another bartender just yelled out an amount, which didn't sound right and handed me a non itemized receipt to sign. I asked for an itemized receipt and they seemed to stall as if just waiting for me to put down a tip and sign off on what I was given. The total was more than expected. After being given the itemized version, I noticed 18% gratuity was already included. The menu says it's only automatically added for parties of 6 or more, I was alone. I didn't add extra tip and left it as is. I felt that was a little deceptive.

Awesome experience my bartender was lovely
I love this roof top bar. Before I moved to the city this was a birthday staple stopping point and now that I live down the street I can love it even more. The bartenders are always great and the food is very tasty.. I learned the havw heaters in the winter so it’s still very cozy
I came here with a group of friends to grab drinks and dinner and it is hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. It took over thirty minutes to get drinks after ordering. They were out of many ingredients to make the drinks that are on their menu. For dinner, I ordered a caesar salad with chicken. It took over an hour and a half to get my salad. I ended up having them package it to go because we had other places to be. When I opened the to go box, there was no chicken, they used mixed greens lettuce instead of romaine, and half of the salad was croutons. Don’t go here.
Out of many food items last night but the shrimp was delicious. My cocktail was horrible.
Great atmosphere, great customer service, great STRONG drinks, and food was decent.
