This franchise location appears closed. No one there and phone disconnected. Had breakfast there for years. Wish the staff well.

Went for a quick breakfast at work, ordered a plain bagel toasted. Took 15 minutes for them to even give me the bagel, and then it wasn’t even toasted. I was already late (not expecting a toasted bagel to take 15 minutes) so I had to leave. Very disappointing overall service and quality, don’t recommend - there are plenty of other better, quicker breakfast spots around here. They won’t be getting my repeat business

this place is interesting.. it gives that little 5 points vibe and even has that 5 points smell to it. the employees were super nice, and inviting. the french toast was actually delicious i ate it the next day. tbh though, i probably wouldn't go out my way to go here. its not very cozy, as i was expecting.

I don't know where to start. The establishment was beyond filthy. The carpet was sticky. The kitchenette behind the register was covered in grease and oil. It was apparent because it was glistening on the ceiling and walls. This place is an OSHA NIGHTMARE. Additionally each time an order was prepared the entire restaurant space filled with smoke. I have asthma and frequently stepped outside to prevent my lungs from closing up. It took 30 minutes to recieve 2 meals. Food quality was comparable to McDonald's. Not worth the price nor the quality. Please clean your restaurant and provide healthy food options. Thank you.

First and last time here. Really wanted to like this place. I came for the corn cilantro pancakes but they aren't at this location-just on the menu for this location. It seems it would be super easy to keep the website updated. My second choice was also not available, so I settled for the burrito. My food came in disposable containers, no utensils, no napkins. I got up to get them and someone did come to see what I needed, so that was nice. The salsa was inedible-watery, pale, weird taste. Unfortunately, I had put some on the black beans before tasting it, so they were also inedible. The utensils were so flimsy they couldn't cut a soft tortilla, insuring more frustration with every bite. Just go to Joy Cafe, The Nook, or Sean's Heart of the Park. I only gave 2 stars because the staff was nice, otherwise, not much at all to recommend this place (Midtown location).

I've had several terrible experiences with this place, but continued to give them tries. This was the final straw. I ordered through Uber eats. The sweet potato pancakes were burnt. I ordered 6 strips of bacon and got 3. The top on the fruit was not on all the way. The fruit was spilled out in the bag and all the boxes were wet. And the potatoes were horrid! When I called (several times) no one answered the first 3 times. And on the 4th and 5th time, someone picked up and hung up. Just wow. Oh and I ordered my food at 8:37 am and it was supposed to be delivered by 9:45 am. The order was delayed and the first driver left it because it wasn't ready. I received the order and 10:15. What a disappointment.

Wildly disappointed with my experience at this location. I've always gone to the one in Old 4th Ward (across from Jack's) and had excellent food and service. This was NOT the standard I was expecting.First, my brunch companion kept being harassed by security while he waited for me in a seat at one of the tables out front as I looked for parking.Once I finally found parking and came over to order, we were told they no longer offer smoothies and they were only serving a limited menu. I decided to order the french toast (since it's my favorite at the O4W location) and an orange juice. We told the cashier we would be dining in, but sitting outside.We were served with to-go boxes, but no utensils. When I inquired about utensils I was told I had to come inside and get them myself. The orange juice was disgusting, it tasted like the boxed orange juice you get in school lunches. The french toast was missing strawberries as well as the white cream that is honestly my favorite part. It only had blueberries and syrup.Also, I noticed when I went in to get my utensils that their bakery case had flies all over the pastries. That kind of turned my stomach and made me not even want to finish my food. You can see the flies on the bakery items in the photos I've included, there were about 6 total in the case. Poor service. Long wait. People leaving from the line. The girl said there were seven orders in front of us with nobody there. Four or five people working and nobody in a hurry. Stale, inedible muffins. Two lattes not hot. First time visit. Live in the area. Doubt we will return. Sorry.

Took over an hour for mediocre food. Service was terrible. There was nobody else even in the restaurant so I'm very confused how they messed up so badly. Waited 45 minutes for a BLT and when we checked on it, they had given it to somebody else. Avoid this spot unless you want to wait hours for bad food!

We waited forever for our food and they messed up the entire order. Terrible service. I had to go down and remind them of our coffee orders too.

Avoid this location - service was horrible, staff was rude, and took 20+ mins for a coffee. When the food finally came it was incredibly disappointing... the biscuit of our breakfast sandwiches completely crumbled apart once we picked it up and it tasted like baking powder and the bacon was like rubber. Will not be returning.

Never got our coffee order, breakfast sandwich on a bagel was not good. Hoods do not work so very smoky.
