They have the most unfriendly cashier girl I think I’ve ever seen. Whoever’s idea it was to let her work the front was a big mistake. She has a permanent frown on her face and her interaction feels as if you are bothering her.. Visited here with someone about 20 mins to closing time. We ordered our food and it came out around 9 mins to closing. Typically most places will let u take your time to eat at closing time. Not here. When I asked would it be ok to eat out food (and basically not have to rush), I was told we had 9 mins. She did not hesitate to let us know it was time to leave on the exact second closing time came. Won’t be coming back. Last location in highlands was waaaay better. I thought this would be close to the last but I was wrong
So, we had a delivery order. The breakfast biscuit sandwich was absolutely delicious. Nice buttery taste.
Mid. Smoothies are hit or miss but in terms of taste and texture. No consistency. Food is fine but not great. Everything is oddly expensive.
I ordered a mango tango and it was pink. The man making my drink was too busy flirting with a customer to bother making my drink correctly. It tasted chalky and like medicine. I wasted $9 on this
Got a chocolate brownie for $2
The food was amazing. The portions were generous, and they had gluten-free bread! Worked with all of my allergies to make sure that my latte and tofu and potato bowl were perfect 👍🏾👍🏾
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread and completely vegan tofu and potato plate

They ordered $8000 of product in January and February of this year and refuse to pay her bills. when I eat here I paid for my food. When do you plan to pay your bills?
One of the girls working the counter seemed a bit grouchy, but the guy was nice. The pastries I got (cinnamon roll, sausage roll) didn't seem fresh, but they weren't awful. The chicken was juicy but was a bit chewy and lacked enough seasoning; the ham was good, though.
However, the star of the show was the peanut butter French toast. It was legit one of the best things I've ever tasted. It was crunchy on the outside due to the cereal, but gooey on the inside due to the generous amount of peanut butter and the fact that it's absolutely drenched in brown sugar butter sauce. The portion is also massive.

Excellent food and service. We had smoothies, lattes, bagels, and pastries, all were excellent. The gentleman who took care of us provided above and beyond service.

Ordered a turkey sandwich to go in between meetings. I thought the $15 price tag was steep, but bought it any way (because I had to eat before my next meeting). Got back to my office, and there was only 1 thin slice of turkey on the sandwich. So, basically I paid $15 for bread, lettuce, and a bag of chips. I will NEVER buy anything from here again! What a rip off!!

Tried this place for coffee 3 times, 3 different drinks. Only out of convenience. Each time customer service, mid. Coffee, Absolutely Horrible! $6 for trash coffee. It is insanely bitter and leaves a disgusting taste in your mouth no matter the amount of sugar added. I will literally walk to Starbucks or Cafe Lucia in the pouring rain with no umbrella before I drink coffee from here again. Disappointed yet again starting my day.

They chanrge $20 for a Reuben maybe a quarter of potato toasted wedges. My sandwich had 1 thin piece of corned beef. We also got extra cream cheese for the bagel which was not given and the didn't have hollandaise sauce for the eggs Benedict we ordered, like its breakfast place.. get it

Used to be my go-to spot, twice a week, for several years--until they changed ownership. The menu changed (they got rid of the best sandwich: the Hill Grill). The food is not great, especially for the price. I spent $20 for a fried chicken sandwich that was mediocre at best--it was so dry and tasteless I didn't even finish it. The place is not very clean (boxes out, clutter on the counters, and a general look of untidiness). But mostly, it's the staff. Every time I've gone in, they treat me like I'm a bother. I'm very nice to service staff (I worked in the service industry for many, many years), but they are SO RUDE. They have no hustle and no sense of awareness about what needs to be done. They never say hello or smile. The last time I was there (which is the last time I'll ever go!) the girl practically threw my cinnamon roll at me WITHOUT A WORD after I asked nicely if I could have it since I'd been standing there waiting on it for at least five minutes and there was only one other customer in the place (and that customer was in line AFTER me). They won't make it long with such terrible service and overpriced, mediocre food!

The barista working here looked like she just woke up from a nap mid-shift.. Wasn’t present near the barista station for a good 5 minutes and was seen walking around the place clueless, she also lost my ticket as well as another customer’s and her demeanor of her job looked uninterested. Worst part of this disappointing experience was when she got my order wrong (I ordered a large not a small), and she had the audacity to pour the content of the small cup into the large, then pour a small amount of milk and handing it to me. I DID NOT paid extra for a large only to have a tiny bit of milk added. Never coming back.
