My husband and I wanted to extend grace and deal with our experience quietly because we understand that this is someone’s business and livelihood. However, yesterday we visited the store, ordered our drinks and while we were waiting we saw a rat.. Yes A RAT, galloping across the middle of the floor to then hide under the vending machine. We were in literal shock stuck standing and rather than the team member/shift lead offer a refund, she grabs her phone saying “I’m about to call him, I’m about to call him.” While the cashier stood on the counter. This led us to believe this was not the first time they had seen this miniature puppy sized rat. Once we got in the car, we started to make sense of it what had happened and of course we decided to go get boba from somewhere else.
Today we have been calling the store almost every hour, hearing the same excuses that the manager is either not in or will be in an hour, as we try to discuss our experience and dispute quietly. Unfortunately, there has been no sense of urgency nor care towards our well being or experience and I would hate for anyone to not know the truth about the restaurants they're choosing to eat at.

To start of, the royal milk tea is bomb, I love it! Specially the tapioca pearls, every sip of it is good, and fresh.

Absolute favorite boba place. My son and walk her almost every weekend to get a boba tea. Great customer service and boba is prepared to perfection. I like the Georgia Peach 🍑.

Sunday November 10th at 1:30 pm the staff was very rude. They did not greet anyone that came inside or acknowledge anyone trying to order. Once I got to the register I was told “ sup”. When I asked for clarification on the menu I was scoffed at. This did not feel like a welcoming establishment.

Had to run errands at Whole Foods and stopped here for a craving fix. There is no saving the tea from this place. The boba is hard to the point it’s unpleasant. The flavor of the tea is non existent. Legit wasted $10. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere like Rebel Tea. This place is terrible.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I got the seasonal caffenine free peach cobbler with whole milk and boba. It was by far the best boboa I've had so far. I'd go back.
