This was probably the worst service ever. The cashier was on the phone the whole time taking my order. I told her 2 times no tomatoes and she still put them on there. She dropped my sandwich on the floor when putting it in the bag. She forgot my side. I won’t be going back.

If i could give my experience NO stars i would. I came in the restaurant around 12:30pm expecting a quick in and out turnaround since there was no one in line or waiting to be serviced. I ended up waiting for OVER 25mins for ONE sandwich, at which point the restaurant had numerous people waiting for food. People who came in after me were getting their food and leaving but I still had not been called. I go to the counter and a young woman with braids reluctantly meet me. I let her know i had been waiting and customers who had came in after me were getting their food but i had not been called. She showed NO emotion and offered no apologies. I immediately asked for a refund. Again, she showed no emotion or offered an explanation for what transpired. I also discovered that in the process of her completing my refund she charged me again after reversing the initial charge!! (see attached photo). There’s clearly a competence and customer service issue (or lack thereof) happening at this location. I will be reaching out to HH Corporate office and not patronizing this location.
PS: the cashier Kelly also failed to give me a receipt and instead balled the receipt up in her hand and tossed it to the side.

Really enjoyed the catered lunch. The turkey sandwich was delicious as it included turkey, bacon,cheese, lettuce, red onions, and ranch dressing. The box also had a cookie and a bag of chips.

Parking: The spaces can be limited in front of the store. due to this restaurant being in a place with some more popular stores, so I would depend on the time of day. The place itself has a huge parking abfew feet away

Just bought a sandwich here and to my surprise I found a dead fly on my pickle…. Not surprised because the three people working there today didn’t seem like they were there to work. The place was unkept and I should’ve known from that alone that my meal would be terrible.
The sweet tea was out and they didn’t have any plans on filling it…I won’t ever return to this establishment. Disgusting.
They went above and beyond, despite tech difficulties!

Something was off with the food today.... The brocoli bliss bacon salad literally had zero dressing on it like none. It was soggy brocoli in a cup. ? Did the recipe change or did someone forget some of the ingredients? Trust me when I tell you it was not the same. You pay $13.99 for what?? If I would've realized this before I got home I would have definitely walked it back right inside. Service was great, not the food.

I visited this location for lunch and ordered a ham sandwich which was on a croissant and it was delicious. Highly recommend you trying their sandwiches. The turkey sandwich is just as good as well.

I had a great experience this morning at Honey Baked Cumberland. I ordered online and signed up for the first pickup time slot. The process was easy and efficient. All of the associates working in the store were friendly and helpful.
