Something was off with the food today.... The brocoli bliss bacon salad literally had zero dressing on it like none. It was soggy brocoli in a cup. ? Did the recipe change or did someone forget some of the ingredients? Trust me when I tell you it was not the same. You pay $13.99 for what?? If I would've realized this before I got home I would have definitely walked it back right inside. Service was great, not the food.

I had a great experience this morning at Honey Baked Cumberland. I ordered online and signed up for the first pickup time slot. The process was easy and efficient. All of the associates working in the store were friendly and helpful.

I visited this location for lunch and ordered a ham sandwich which was on a croissant and it was delicious. Highly recommend you trying their sandwiches. The turkey sandwich is just as good as well.

New favorite lunch spot! Saw their variety of sandwiches when I was picking up my Thanksgiving Turkey and I’ve already had two of them and they’r both delicious! Service was very fast and friendly also, will definitely be going back again.Parking: It’s almost never full because of the large lot 10 steps away

I get a Honey Baked Ham every year for Thanksgiving, and this year the ham I got from this location was not up to par. The sugary coating on the outside of the ham is rock solid and inedible. Had to remove what is normally my favorite part to be able to eat the ham today. Very disappointed since these hams are expensive and something I looked forward to.

I don’t understand how this location, NOT ALL but this specific location is not making any sandwiches or salads and customers are forced to buy a premade sandwich because y’all are too busy dealing with “ Holiday “ orders. Sounds to me like a staffing issue. Visited the location close to midtown Friday and did not have this same issue. Very unprofessional.

Wow! I walked in this establishment to put in a Thanksgiving Day order and I was astonished how I was spoken to. I could not believe it! This person spoke to me as if I was bothering her. I walked in and walked straight out. I was not going to put any order in with her - no thanks! I left furious. Management needs to adjust their employees mannerism. Wow, just wow. My mouth just dropped...

i just received a order eats order from this store location and they just threw everything together! The sandwich didn't even have the proper wrapping paper. It looks like my neighbor gave me this from her kitchen! Also, they did not give me the proper chips that i requested.

The service was prompt and the ladies working there were friendly and courteous. The turkey sandwich box meal was filling. A nice spot for a quick lunch and conversation.

Do not order from them. Missing half of our meal. Person on phone hung I on me. If they cannot handle the influx of orders through these service companies that deliver, they should not subscribe to them. When I asked who he was he told me it did not matter who he was. NO customer service at all. Told me I had to order again.

"I recently had another disappointing experience at Honey Baked Ham. Twice, I've ordered a sandwich, and to my dismay, the ingredients were not up to par. The portions were skimpy, and in some cases, ingredients were entirely missing. It's disheartening when you pay for a meal and don't receive what you expect. I hope they can improve the quality and consistency of their sandwiches in the future."

I got a Turkey bacon ranch sandwich last week. The Turkey covered just offer half of the bread. Once strip of bacon. The sandwich was mostly bread and cost $15. Go to subway, it's better and cheaper. If I hadn't already gotten all the way home and had opened it in store I would have thought it back to the counter.
