We decided to order our Thanksgiving sides from Honey Baked Ham this past 2024 Thanksgiving to eliminate chaos in the kitchen for all the family members present that day. Bad decision. We ordered six of the most popular dinner expectations, NONE were appreciated by the attending relatives.

Going further, the ham just doesn't seem to be the same as it was twenty years ago.

Sadly, we will be missing the tasty hams of the past.

It’s crazy how long I waited for a simple order. I have to go to work and still didn’t get to eat. Never will return to this location.

Really upsetting to get home to see an open cellophane sweet potato soufflé and when tried to call the customer service about this issue multiple times no answer or response everytime. Please do better. This is an extremely uncalled for. I was just in your establishment not too long ago with my order and there’s enough people as I noticed in the back and to and from the front to not answer the phone. To receive my side order open and unable to cook to be eaten as it’s a risk for anyone’s health and safety is a major concern. Please do better with answering your phone at this restaurant. It shows you do not care about your customers period. I still have my receipt. I want a refund on my side item. Please THANK YOU.

This will be the last time I buy a ham from this COMPANY. The company or location is dishonest and in my opinion stilling from the customer. I placed an online order for a quarter bone in ham for pickup. I paid online around $55 for a 5 pound ham. I scheduled my pickup for Tuesday morning the week of Thanksgiving at 9am on my way to work. I knew this was the busy week of Thanksgiving and there would be some waiting, no problem. The employee said the ham was not ready and asked me to wait, once again no problem. After a 25 minute wait they bring out a ham from the back and the employee rings up my sale and I’m in my way to work. On Wednesday night I see an additional charge on my card for another $33. We still have the ham and it’s packing. I look at the tag on the ham and it’s for a 7pound ham with a price of $92.00. At no point did I ask for or order a $92 ham. Even though the money is not an issue for me, I can see for some it could be. I truly feel this is dishonesty and theft because no one said anything. If the employee would have told me there was an issue with the item I had ordered and this was the only option I would have understood and approved the order or asked for a refund. It would not be the end of the world if we did not have the ham. I’m sure this practice was in the fine print when I placed the online order. But I will still try and dispute the additional charge with my bank. I have used this location for over 5 years and now wonder if this has happened in the past and I didn’t notice.

An absolutely nightmare picking up food for thanksgiving. We prepaid and arrived at our designated time. We waited for an hour in line. When we got to the front we saw there was absolutely no one in line for walk-ins and people who didn’t prepay were in and out in minutes. When we finally got to the front, the extremely rude person at the counter told us “it’s gonna be a wait” for what we had prepaid for. They told us we could take a bigger one with no wait but for more money. Terribly organized and it made no difference what you ordered ahead of time or arrived at your designated time. We will not be coming back to this place ever.

Parking: Also the parking lot is not nearly large enough and it was quite dangerous waiting in line on the small driveway with cars trying to get in and out.

First and most important. I preordered, it said it was ready so I went. Waited over 30 min between the line and for them to cook a new one since they apparently sold mine. Then they just handed me the bag when it was done. When I got home and opened the bag I saw the ham is completely burnt! It’s black and the glaze is burnt off. I can’t serve this. It is an hour round trip for me to go back, not including waiting and I am supposed to serve this tonight! I called customer service and got no solution so far. This place is the only HBH I have ever been to that was a complete disaster from start to finish. The location on Buford Hwy Atlanta.

I have been going to the Honey Baked Ham store on Buford Highway for over 15 years. This may be the best run store that has the most helpful team ever! I am always amazed at the proficiency and customer service even on the most busy days and holidays. Thank you!

Parking: On busy seasons there is a uniformed officer directing traffic flow. In and out is easy!

This was my first encounter with this particular location and it was the worst!! I had a work event today(11/21), that was suppose to be catered by this store. Tiffany(supervisor) and Shaun(manager) were my two points of contact. The day before my event, around 8p, Shaun called and left me a voicemail stating that my order would be canceled because they do not have the staff to accommodate it. On top of being livid by this SUPER LAST MINUTE cancelation, I had just talked with Tiffany earlier that same day who assured me of my order when I called to confirm. This was a HUGE inconvenience because I had to scramble and find another food place that would do a large same day order. Unfortunately, the event people had to settle for sandwiches. I am truly disappointed in the way this was handled! I have read other reviews regarding this store and some have even named Tiffany and Shaun and not in a good way. Something needs to be done because this store should not be making promises or fulfilling orders if it can not be completed. Please be aware before placing ANY order with this store!

We Ordered catering from the store a week in advance. Today is the date of the event I no one has showed up. Upon calling, we were advised that all orders were canceled just yesterday with absolutely no notice.. I was told the manager Sean reached out to everybody. There was no call initiated, nor was there an email. Very unprofessional very disheartened will never do business with them again.

This restaurant has terrible customer service. I attempted to place a cater order with this location today (12.5.2023 around 3:30pm EST) via the AmericaToGo portal and the menu was being updated so I wasn't able to. When the call the location, Tiffany (the employee answering the phone) advised that I would need to contact Customer Support at AmericaToGo to see if they would be able to provide a solution for me. After speaking with customer support from AmericaToGo, the solution was simple: Call the restaurant. Give them the order. The restaurant would then create a customized order for me and submit it to AmericaToGo via email. From there, AmericaToGo would be able to upload the order on the portal where I can pay for it. When I tried to explain this to Tiffany, she was confused and handed the phone to her manager. "Tiffany's Manager" as she introduced herself, answered the phone extemely rude and dismissive. When I told her I was actually calling back with the solution, she continue to be rude and dismissive and stated "we don't do that!" . I don't know who the owner is of this location, but please reevaluate your staff. They're ruining your business. I will never be giving this location or this company my business ever again.

Disappointed!! Walk in service starts at 10am the day before Thanksgiving. Didn’t find this out until we got there!! Nothing on the website or Google. The worker standing outside stated they were only accepting online orders. I tried to go online and couldn’t order anything!!
