I wanted to share my recent experience at your Perimeter location in Atlanta on Christmas Eve, as I believe it highlights some significant issues that could be addressed for future holiday seasons.
I pre-ordered my food for pick-up, anticipating a smooth process. However, upon arrival, I was met with a long line outside one door and a security officer directing traffic at another. When I inquired about the line's purpose, I was informed it was a combined queue for both pre-orders and walk-ins. This led to confusion, as many customers, including myself, believed there would be a separate line for pre-orders.
As I waited in line, which stretched over 2 hours, it became increasingly clear that this system was not functioning efficiently. Throughout the wait, I noticed that several pre-ordered items had inexplicably sold out, despite our advance purchases. Additionally, it was disheartening to see other customers walk in from the end of the line and receive immediate service, while we remained stranded in line. Despite bringing this to the attention of the security officer and staff, no action was taken to rectify the situation.
Unfortunately, there was also no outreach from management to address our frustrations or offer any form of consolation. This experience left many of us feeling aggravated and disregarded, leading me to conclude that the pre-order process at your location was severely inadequate.
I genuinely believe that if these issues are not addressed, your business at this location will face considerable losses during the holiday season next year. I personally know I will never order from you again.

We catered our office for a potluck, not only was it not ready on time, the person who went to pick it up was sent back and told it would be delivered. When she called back almost an our later to check on the delivery status, they told her to drive all the way back to pick it up, essentially creating a 2 hour delay for an entire company because they fell short of both of their promises to have it on time and to deliver. This is a big order for an office of over 100 people, so they will not be getting our business again.

This was my first time hosting Friendsgiving and I had no idea what I was going to do. I ordered a honey baked Ham and turkey ahead of time . Picked it up and it was great! 😊 I also got the stuffing which was GONE so quickly. ( I ordered 2). Everyone at the Sandy Springs location was friendly . (my photos are blurry bc it was originally a video.)

Major disappointment! The new business model is trash. Your just walking into a big refrigerator/freezer! Everything is prepackaged! Staff just prepares more whenever packages runs low! All I wanted was ham and turkey sandwich meat freshly sliced and was told that's impossible and it's only pre-sliced. And someone cut some earlier yesterday so it was fresh. Lies! Against my better judgment I purchased the sliced turkey and its some of the DRIEST TURKEY I have ever had. I paid almost 18$for a pound! Super disgusted! ?

The Honey Baked Ham Company store in Dunwoody, GA is a typical in-and-out location, although there are a few tables available for patrons. Service is fast and efficient. Prices are a bit high and the quality of the individual ham packages varies. I recommend that you order ahead on-line for holidays.

So Freaking Rude! I visited the Sandy Springs location. It was going to be my first time eating there. The place was completely empty and the store clerk was turning off a light and looked like he was shutting the place down. We walked in and asked if the place open, he rudely gestured at the door we just walked through. I asked again, and he shook his head yes. We continued to the counter and I looked at the food. The clerk disappeared into the back. I had heard the place had ribs and was looking on the menu for them . My husband asked the clerk if they had ribs, I was looking down and did not hear a response. He did not respond until I look up and stared at him, then he sheepishly stated that they were frozen. My husband later told me that he had originally just pointed to the refrigerator. He was just so nasty for no reason. I could see why the place was empty!

HBH in Dunwoody…Not sure if they heard me or just was not paying attention. I ordered turkey sandwich with their honey mustard… why the hell they added mayonnaise… I absolutely despise mayo.. now not edible for me. I also ordered the 3 garlic turkey, cheddar sliders. That was a bust! The meat tasted old. No garlic flavoring on any of my sliders, then had the nerve to add pickles… do not waste your hard earn $10 on those sliders! I usually go to HBH on Lavista Rd… I definitely will be taking my business back to them. Over $21 for nothing… This honey baked ham In Dunwoody I will not visit this store again!

This is my least fav location because the people here always look unhappy and just miserable but today took the cake. The girl is moving boxes and handling a price/label gun and then proceeds to immediately go in the kitchen to make my food with the same gloves. No thank you. Please refund me.

Terrific staff! Team went above and beyond to ensure my prepaid order was fulfilled. Very happy. I'm picking up food for my company holiday party in a week--will definitely be back!
