Every year we visit this location when coming for cheer sport. This evening I was surprised there wasn’t a huge wait.. and were sat right away, however, we sat for 10 minutes before I finally went back up to the host stand to inform the guy who sat us that no one had come to our table. Keep in mind there was lots of staff, bartenders included, that could see we were sitting there just looking and waiting. After I went to the host, he said he would find the server. 7 more minutes go by and we gave up and walked out. While there, I watched staff playfully engaging with the people seated at the bar and even sit next to them, so it’s not like they were so overwhelmed they couldn’t wait on us. While we were walking out I noticed the people who were sat right before us walked out as well and they told the people who were waiting to be sat “good luck getting service.” I realize this isn’t a fancy restaurant but having worked in sports bars myself, I never cared if a table was mine or not.. if I noticed no one had gone to a table, I addressed them myself or went and got their server. It’s all about communication. We wouldn’t have minded waiting had anyone attempted to help us or acknowledge us. Funny enough.. my daughter reminded me that last year the same thing happened there except when we got the host, someone did come to the table and we had a good experience after that. I wish that had happened tonight bc we were starving. Uber eats to the rescue

I’ve frequented this downtown location and I love the atmosphere and service..Beautiful waitresses and good food..The only issue I had was the bathrooms, they’re outdated, dirty and either the soap was out or the TP in almost every stall..It didn’t appear as if anyone had cleaned it during the day or in many days..If you’re going for nostalgia, atmosphere etc, it’s on point but I think the whole restaurant needs an upgrade in lighting and overall inside.
My second time at the Hooters in Atlanta it takes a bit to get a beer at the bar both times so I went to a high table and had Yana as a waitress, she was awesome, my boss and I did not wait long for a drink at all, normally we always sit at the bar but we waited to long at the bar, so we moved to a high table

If you are super hungry, get food somewhere else. Walked in, got a seat and uncleaned table after 5 mins.. ordered food at 8:15, but the food didn't come and we had to leave after almost 2 hours. It doesn't help that the waiter kept telling us "food will be out in 5 minutes ". Perhaps they are too busy but i haven't experienced this in any restaurant.

Latin family, if you speak Spanish, avoid going to this establishment because the waitresses, if they hear that you are conversing in Spanish, make the virgin speak to them and leave them without eating and without giving explanations...ES DESIR THEY DESCRIMINE

We got to the table and they served us. We waited 1 hour for the food and it never arrived. The table next to us arrived 25 minutes after us and better they ate first and the worst thing is that a table in front arrived 40 minutes later and they enjoyed their food, and that was when we left the place, we felt a lack of respect

Waited for 2 hours for food, and the food never came. The waiter blamed it on the kitchen yet we saw other people who came after us get the same thing we ordered. The atmosphere was awful, just a bunch of noise makers clapping at random. The service sucks!!! I do not recommend, I will grade an F!

Our waitress, Summer, was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. So rude! After asking if we could switch to a different table she snapped, “I don’t have time for this.” Then when she brought our drinks, she just threw the straws on the table. At one point when we were calling her to come back to the table she completely ignored us. Our food was wrong. And when I was using the pen to sign my receipt and TIP her…she snapped “are you done yet?”…just ridiculous.

The food was absolutely disgusting. My friends and I didn’t have more than one bite and are not taking it to go, the drinks are gross, the seats are all torn up along with the tables and menu, . The server Myriah was very sweet and was the only good thing about the experience .
