Absolute waste of time and money. Dirty tables and silverware. Waitresses were dense and inattentive. Everything from the drinks to chicken—tasteless. Got served and re-fried fish and chili fries. My company and I couldn't finish a single plate. Wish I could get my money back.

I’m eating at Hooters in Greenwood Indiana and my meal was terrible my wings were so skinny I think I seen bigger from competitors I ordered the Fan Filler and I had the skinniest wings I ever seen no meat on there it was terrible I feel I’m going to take my business else wear because management on seen only said that’s the way stuff comes terrible customer service (male ) no offers to defuse the problem

Extremely disappointing that the Jacksonville Florida Wells road store will not answer the phone wanted to bring in 10 guest for Eats & Drinks tried 9 timesCalled the corporate number Guess what got directed to a Voice mail, Our 10 guest decided to go just down the road to Buffalo Wild Wings that Answered there phone & welcomes our 10 guest that has now turned into 16 guest, Never again Hooters.

My and two of my friends drove 40 miles to check out the Hooters at the Citadel Mall in Colorado Springs. We had the buy 20 get 10 free meal along with Oysters, curly fries and brews. While there, the manager “Amy Mittino” made sure we were satisfied with our service and actually sat with us and had an amazing conversation. It is so satisfying to be treated so well and have an all around great experience. We will be back - thanks Amy!

We had bad service. The food was terrible,the fries were cold and hard, I ordered a hamburger.. the meat was a joke . It was 2 small patties , it took two meats to fill the bun . The beer was advertised for $5.00 miller lite ,coors lite and blue moon. We ordered coors lite but we’re told that the keg was not working and we couldn’t order any of those beers. It took like and hour for us to get our food , Buffalo chicken sandwich was hard , nacho had cold cheese. Never again.. Save your moneyDo not go there if you’re going for the food and drinks

I was a black waitress there and I would maybe break $100 and I would keep hearing people more fair skin made more money a day like $300 and we shape the same I think. When I got to college blacks didn't want me living in a dorm room to work there. Hooters will make you homeless because of other women wanting to work at it that's got bigger titties. You won't be a candidate for breast implants either.

The GM of the Macon Ga hooters has no idea watt a GM is supposed to doHe is supposed to listen not talk over uShow empathyI went to hooters and ask for top shelf margarita I have been to hooters many timesThe server said to me what is that what flavor do u want I said u want a top shelf perfect margarita she charged me 20 dollars for ice and lime juice patronWhen I called the GM Steve talked over me and ask is it a server problem or a price problem your complain is about WHAT??His server is not trainees apparently just because of his actions and him asking me that how can u expect his server to be trained if he is not ?? Sad and Shameful!!
It would be in your best interest to remove the so-called manager in Boca Raton, Fl.He is nasty and obnoxious.Aside from that, they first brought out a burger with a bug crawling around. Then they brought a replacement burger with the wrong cheese.As I was leaving, I told the manager and he just said "SORRY-THANKS" with a stupid smirk on his face.

It has taken me a while to post this. We use to have a group of 10 to 20 people that met at Hooters weekly. We stopped about 3 months after they changed the wing sauce flavor. It use to be the best and not it is what every other place has. Boring.

My husband and I were in Williamsburg, Va for the weekend. We stopped in Hooters as we were staying at the Wyndham down the road. What a wonderful staff very polite and helpful. They got extremely busy and the restaurant was full another party of 20 came in and they sat outside. This team kicked it into high gear and I didn't hear one complaint. They should be recognized by corporate as you have a great team here. I have never given a review before but thought this one was well deserving. Great job Williamsburg team we will definitely come see you if we make it back here in the future!
