Went on a sunday yesterday with my boyfriend, to start off they had no nuggets which i didn't make a fuss about but... then when we got our food my tenders were extremely dry and barley had any taste. my boyfriends chicken sandwich was the exact same. also 4 dollars for a kids sized drink is absolutely insane. neither of us finished our food and he finished his drink within 2 minutes. had it not been a sunday we would've went to cfa because $35 for two drinks, 3 tenders, and a chicken sandwich is crazy for the quality you're given. we made a complaint and they were nice enough to give us a refund and while we were at the register a woman was looking at the menu however we told her not to waste her time or money but i wouldn't go back.
I had the chicken biscuit. The chicken was all skin that was inedible and the biscuit completely crumbled.

Visited on 07/15 and unfortunately my entire order was made in correctly. I ordered the Chefs Special chicken sandwhich with no pickle because I'm allergic and a chicken biscuit. My sandwhich had 4 pickles on it and I received a 2nd sandwhich instead of a biscuit. They remade my food quickly however. Chicken was well seasoned, but dry. Business will need to work on communication in the future. I would come back

Looked good but they were not selling any chicken breast (most of the menu) and refused to substitute any other chicken with their plates...
3 stars is about right for the place. Average chicken sandwich. Yes crispy, yes to an OK flavor. About the same as any other chicken sandwich

After ordering 2 chicken biscuits at 6 PM here I could have waited for Chick fil a to open up the next morning, walked there, and gotten them faster

First thing, price for the quality you get.
Chicken $3 for a drumstick!!! nothing special and dry. Like has been fried many hours ago and now is just sitting there
Cole slaw salad, just vinager taste
Mac & Cheese, $7.99… too pricy for this. Was not bad but nothing special
All the order was not ready, so to get some extra chicken took around 30 minutes

I played myself by going for “something southern” and got a Sahara desert dry ass biscuit with mediocre chicken and absolutely nothing inside the sandwich.
The girl working at the front could have suggested a topping?

The food here is good. A little pricey for what they serve in my opinion. But the service is horrible! The lady who took our order had a whole attitude to begin with. I went to ask for some ketchup for my daughter and the other lady had a whole attitude as well. I get we are all humans and can have our moments but it seems like the whole staff there had a bad attitude and were mad at every single person ordering or getting their food. .

Google says they open at 9 am and staff claims the cook doesn’t get in until 9 and they don’t start accepting orders until 11 am. Please update business hour if this is the case.
The lights are off at 930 (y'all open at 9) and the staff asked what time it was when we asked if they were open. There was nothing prepped and we were told only chicken biscuits. This is the second time this has happened.

Went here to get the wife an order chicken livers and was told they didn’t have . Came back later to get the chicken plate and was they were out of chicken breast so I could get that either because they don’t substitute!
I posted a similar review on Yelp; bottom line, skip this place.
I order the original chicken sandwich, and it was the most disappointing sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The 4oz chicken breast was mostly breading, the chicken was stringy (and dry), and without sauce the whole sandwich was desert dry. If it didn’t come with pickles, the sandwich is inedible.
The atmosphere is the Ponce market is great; however, eat elsewhere (or I genuinely hope you have a better experience than my review).
