As usual our visit was a pleasant experience and we look forward to our next stay. Entire staff is friendly, outgoing, and welcoming.
Everything was great. Staff, rooms, and everything in between
I recently came for a business trip and this was such a nice hotel. I loved the character of the rooms and the hotel itself. The building is gorgeous and I loved my room. When requesting something it was so easy to text and I loved how separate thw room was. My front door has its own little hallways then my room and the a separate bathroom. Loved it. My only complaints, there's one size in robes. So it didn't fit, and the air conditioning is set by the desk. While I can text and gave it lowered it never stayed on cool so it felt like it never got cool enough. I wish they had a breakfast option on weekdays as well as more option for standard drinks in the lobby.
We booked a block of rooms at Hotel Clermont for our wedding weekend and had the absolute best experience. Hannah and Raeanne were very easy to work with and made our booking experience easy. The front desk was so kind and helpful. The rooms were stunning and we didn't have any issue with noise despite being in the city. We definitely will stay here again to relive our amazing wedding weekend experience!
I had a less than satisfactory experience at the hotel Clermont. The woman at the reception was extremely rude to me and my colleague upon check-in. She rolled her eyes at us and though we were the only guests checking in, it took us over 20 minutes to check in. The valet did not open the door or help with our bags. The lobby was under construction. The rooms were satisfactory - the toilet didn’t work properly and there was an odd smell in the room. To make matters worse, we had a full restaurant buyout for a corporate event that evening so we should have received extra care and attention. I would not recommend staying here.
DO NOT BE FOOLED...The website makes this hotel look fun and quirky. It is not fun and quirky. It is old and run down. From the very beginning of our trip it was awful. The two guys that were supposed to help us with luggage were on their phones watching us fumble with luggage, ALL of the restaurants were either under construction or were booked for a special event. And the rooms....ohhhh the rooms - so bad, all morning long doors are opening and slamming shut all the way down the halls. The rooms are run down. The furniture looks like they got it out of a dumpster. Totally aware I wasn't staying in a St. Regis, but riding up an elevator with a giant trash bin that smells like, well...trash is pretty gross. Just very little pride in this place. Lots of potential, but not worth your time.
Super noisy until 4am. People were great, but did pay a lot of money for a room where they gave you ear plugs on the nightstand.
Nothing is open. They should really tell you that everything is closed when you book the room.
We loved our stay, very friendly staff, room was great, clean and well appointed, the walls are thin though, I woke up to our neighbor gargling early in the morning! And anyone talking in the hallway sounds like they’re inside your room, so try to be away from the elevator! The location is great for exploring the city and surrounding area, easy on street parking nearby, if you don’t want to valet.
Worst valet in the city. We waited 20 minutes, had to ask someone, and then we got our car ourselves. $23 down the drain.

My job had a contest and the grand prize was a one night stay at Hotel Clairmont Atlanta by Olivier. Atlanta natives simply vall this The Clairmont. I decided to use it in a Friday night as a refresher before my all work weekend.
The location is in Midtown on Ponce De Leon. Very convenient location. It is central to a lot of businesses and restaurants. I arrived at check in and presented my paperwork for a free nights stay. I thought I would need to provide my credit card for incidentals but that was not the case.
My room was a corner room. Impressive right away. I have never had a hotel room that had a hallway. Yes a hallway. The room was large and had additional seating. Let me add that this is a boutique style hotel. It has very eccentric and eclectic decor. The most amazing thing to me was the bathroom. It was huge and well laid out. There was a separate room for the toilet and to my surprise it had window in there. Never have I ever seen that before. I enjoyed using all of the amenities. My stay was far too short. I will definitely return. Thank you Clairmont.
A Rembrandt
Excellent night staff and security. Thank you for your kindness on a stressful evening
I’ve stayed at the hotel clermont several times and I just absolutely love it. The rooms are so adorable and the staff is so accommodating and sweet. The lobby bar is super cute as well. I didn’t catch his name, but the bartender who wears the teenie weenie beanie was so patient and gave us great wine recommendations and dessert recommendations from tiny Lou’s. Super great guy!! Would absolutely recommend every experience the Hotel clermont offers!!
Love the Rooftop looking over the streets of ATL! Great hangout
