We loved our stay at the Clermont. I was on a girls trip so it was nice that they have a 4 bunk bed style room that accommodated us all with individual beds. The location is prime - you have so may food options around you, the Photo Booth in the hotel bar is a must and entertainment and a great time right downstairs in the lounge. We loved our stay here and would recommend.

Chose this hotel because it was close to my job’s office and had good reviews and decent price. Upon arrival valet didn’t even glance my way, no door openings, no help with luggage let alone a greeting. Check in was smooth but the room itself left a lot to be desired. Configuration was weird with significant dead space in the entrance but my biggest issue was the smell. It did not smell like a clean 4 star hotel room. It smelled like an old venue. A mix of mustyness and old cigarette smoke. I think it might bc the hotel is “historic” which to me just meant old. Nothing about my experience felt 4 star. No mini fridge. Also noisy at night. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Awesome hotel, restaurant, inside bar, and rooftop bar.

Such a cute boutique property. Lots of charm and amazing staff. The bartenders in the lobby bar are super nice and I was able to order from the Tiny Lou's menu.
The rooftop has an amazing view

I utilized Hotel Clermont recently for a proposal to my girlfriend of seven years. To say that the experience was nothing short of amazing would be an understatement.

From first speaking with the front desk agents to get me in touch with the proper people to plan this, Raeanne the sales manager who helped me through the process of planning the engagement (She was awesome), the event space on the roof and the bar tenders who worked the event, the meal that we had down stairs at Tiny Lous, Grace the hotel general manager and Paul in RM. Every one was fantastic.

Even with a slight hiccup at the end, everyone at the hotel stepped up to ensure that we were taken care of.

Truly stand up people and business.

I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about staying here, eating at the restaurant and/or planning an event on the roof.

Thank you so much!

I’ve never been to Atlanta, so originally I’d intended to stay at a Hilton property & use my points but my coworker vehemently put the kibosh on that an insisted I stay at the Clermont and I am so glad he did.
This property is beautiful, historic and has so much personality it could be on RuPauls Drag Race and win.
Tiny Lou’s brunch and dinners are worth the stay alone, but the desk staff; shout out to Ashley and Cammie, were attentive, kind and generous.
This hotel/motel is a gem and I hope it never changes.
I didn’t get to go to the Lounge since it was Sunday and the ladies had to go to church i guess, but I hope to come back and see that part of the hotel as well.
If you like kitch, style and wonderful staff, stay at Clermont.

10/10 will stay again! Everyone who worked there was so sweet. The vibe is amazing. The bed was SO comfy. I have no complaints.

The white bartender young man on the rooftop was SO RUDE. He had some beard situation but his attitude alone will make me never come again.

Cute hotel. Room smells like mildew and the carpet feels moist. Luckily only one night stay.

The valet experience was extremely disappointing and ultimately led me to forgo visiting both the lounge and rooftop bar. On August 2 around 6 PM, the Caribbean gentleman working valet was rude and condescending. I’ve been wanting to visit the Claremont Lounge for some time and was genuinely looking forward to finally experiencing it today. Unfortunately, due to that initial interaction, I chose to leave.

As someone who works in customer service, I have a strong appreciation for hospitality and professionalism.

I had an extremely long and horrible night after my flight was cancelled on my way to visit a family member in the hospital. By the time I called The Clearmont at 2 a.m., I was completely exhausted and emotionally drained.

Kim answered the phone and was nothing short of amazing. She had no idea what kind of night I’d had—she just treated me with kindness and patience right from the start. Her willingness to help truly turned things around. I’m so thankful she was the one who picked up—she made a stressful situation so much easier.

Good customer service is hard to find, but Kim went above and beyond. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had—and I’ve traveled all over the world. I’ll be recommending The Clearmont to anyone and everyone I can.

Kim, if you’re reading this—thank you so much. You made all the difference.

My boyfriend booked us a night at the Claremont to top off my first visit to GA in the city. Right from the start the service was exceptional at the front desk. I don’t recall the first young lady’s name but her and Ashley both were awesome. We had an issue with our tv not casting and they promptly sent Dante to help us out and he was not only a great guy but fixed it no problem. The rooms are such a vibe and the whole place had a great energy.
The hotel it’s self was awesome.
We had one issue staying here, on the rooftop bar. First off no drafts and the Bartender (young dude beard and glasses) was an absolutely jerk to us for no apparent reason. Immediately told me not to order the drink I wanted (which was wierd it appeared to be the signature drink) and my boyfriend even tried to break the ice with him which seemed to irritate him more. He wouldn’t even give us a name and I felt bad for the young lady working with him who was great and seemed to be trying to make up for his bad attitude. Dude should rethink how he treats people.
5/5 for the hotel and the nice bartender and because it was only one person in a handful of great service I am not knocking off a star.

Our stay at Hotel Clermont had a rocky start due to a negative check-in experience, but what impressed us was how management handled it. Taral, the manager listened to our concerns, and offered a genuine apology. That meant everything to us—it showed they care about their guests and are committed to making things right. In the end, that’s all we wanted: for management to know what happened, and they went above and beyond to address it.

Once we got past that initial hiccup, we could really enjoy everything that makes Hotel Clermont special. The location is fantastic—right near Ponce City Market and the BeltLine, making it easy to explore Atlanta. The décor is so cute and quirky, with a perfect mix of vintage charm and modern touches that give the place real personality. The rooftop bar is an absolute highlight—fun, vibrant, and with some of the best city views you’ll find anywhere.

Tiny Lou’s deserves its own shout-out. The food was incredible—thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s the kind of restaurant you’d seek out even if you weren’t staying at the hotel.

Hotel Clermont is truly one of a kind. While our experience started off bumpy, the way the team handled it turned everything around, and we left feeling cared for and impressed. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel for its style, location, and rooftop vibes, and I have full confidence in the management team to ensure guests are treated well.
