I usually stay in AirBnB's when I visit Atlanta at least once a month, but this time I decided to try the Clermont Hotel. The rooftop scene was pretty happening! I really enjoyed that and having a drink in my room and on the rooftop! The parking options are very disappointing. I parked on the street and lost my side view mirror from somebody clipping my car. They state they do have the least expensive valet parking in Atlanta, maybe that's true but there's limited places to park unless you do valet.

Nice place to stay. I had a problem with the room given and it was solved the next morning. Could have been faster though. At the weekends it's quite noisy but earplugs are provided in the rooms. The staff in the roof was not very professional but ok.

This is the cutest hotel you will ever visit! All of the rooms are decorated with special branded products and vintage style hardware and furniture. There is a rooftop bar, a French restaurant, and a coffee shop all on the property. The hotel is beautiful. It is also walking distance from Ponce City Market, and walking distance to a few pretty neighborhoods. This is my favorite place to stay in Atlanta!

Great stay at this hotel! The ambience at this hotel fit perfectly for the trip. I would recommend this hotel before any other in downtown Atlanta.Food & drinks: The rooftop bar is amazing with beautiful views. The drinks are strong and decently priced! I found the best bartender, Connor, up here who helped with all my needs and gave me great recommendations for Atlanta and was a kind person to conversate with!

It's one of my favorite rooftop bars in Atlanta. It has a great view of the skyline at night.

I stayed here for a weekend with my partner, and we were in room 309. It was an absolutely gorgeous, historic hotel. As someone who has only ever stayed in cookie cutter Marriotts and such, this place had SO MUCH character. The vibes were immaculate. The staff were polite and helpful. The decor was phenomenal. If you're someone who values interior design and architecture, this is absolutely the hotel for you. Not to mention this was the FIRST TIME EVER that I was comfortable in a hotel bed, not even an exaggeration as this is something I have complained about for years. All hotels have such stiff beds and pillows. Like come on! But the bed here was sooo soft and the pillows came with a thicker option and a squishy, soft option. I'm a squishy soft gal myself so I was sooo happy. The bathroom was adorable and so clean and the provided toiletries were high quality. They are also very tongue in cheek with their history with the Clermont Lounge (now unaffiliated) in the basement which I soo love. We purposefully chose a room farther away from the basement, which is where the Clermont Lounge is located because we knew there would be noise from that. This is literally a hotel known for it's history with the lounge so to complain about the noise from it, I feel, is totally ridiculous. Do your research. The basement rooms are cheaper because of the noise. If you choose a basement room just be aware of that. Gotta know what you're getting yourself into. The Clermont Lounge is open until 3am, so heavy beats and cheering until then. They do give you complimentary earplugs in every room. All in all, amazing experience. I will be staying there every time I visit Atlanta for the rest of forever. So lovely. And the location is amazing. Right down the street from The Ponce and across the street from an amazing breakfast place.

Great hotel stay here for a quick girls trip. The rooms are clean and nice looking. We stayed in the Queen Squared room. Service was great with all staff members we interacted with, everyone was super polite and helpful.Tiny Lou's had great drinks and food and was a quick walk down some stairs. It's walking distance to Ponce City Market as well!

I loved my stay at this funky, cool hotel! I was on a staycation/retreat and found it to be the perfect environment for creativity! I got a lot of writing and content creation done. Would definitely return.

This might be room specific, but the noise from the club made it impossible for my partner and I to sleep. They gave us earplugs which basically signaled they know the situation, but the noise is bass, so no earplug is going to stop that. I could also hear laughter and partying from the upstairs bar, so you got two grumpy people who can’t imagine returning to this place. The room is small and cute, but when you can’t sleep and there isn’t another part of the room to go to you’re literally trapped just laying there in the dark if someone else is trying to sleep. Service was fine, but the only good thing about our stay was the location, but I’d never pay that much just to be near cool stuff that I’m exhausted to explore.

This was my first and last time staying at the hotel Clermont. First, the lobby smelled like sewer the entire time that we were here. Our room was decent, however very old. There were stains on the carpet and there was no soap in the bathroom. We requested for soap and washcloths to our room and it took one hour and a half to receive said items. Also, there is blaring music until 3 AM in the morning. They give you earplugs… Are you serious? How about I want a good night sleep in a hotel. You should ask your customers if they are OK with the noise before placing them in a room that is central to the commotion and noise. The service is slow and the staff look and act like they don’t even want to be here. Extremely disappointed with this hotel especially after they charge an arm and leg to stay here. I won’t be returning.

Service was fantastic. Valet was prompt and polite. From concierge to bartenders, everyone was helpful and professional. Room was cozy and spacious, by far the comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept in. Anywhere by the Oliver is going to be a good stay!
