I had this via take out so it might be better dine in. I had the curry seafood ramen which had great flavor but the shrimp was overcooked. It was mushy that’s what knocked down this. And I also had the grilled pork bao which wasn’t that good either.

Food is fantastic. Actually getting the food was a chore by itself. Appeared to be only one waitress. I think there was a manager working. I put his picture in there. His sole responsibility appears to be choosing the music. A person dining with us asked six times for tea and did not receive it until we were already done with our meals. Again, the food was fantastic, just don’t go in thinking you’ll get served in a timely manner.

I have celiacs disease and our server, Becca, was super knowledgeable about what I could order and substitutions I could make to accommodate my allergy. I was able to order gluten free ramen and enjoy tonkotsu ramen again for the first time in years (sub gf noodles, sub gf miso broth). I had the gf cabbage lettuce wraps as an appetizer and they were delicious as well. It has been 12 hours and I can safely conclude this food is celiac friendly. 10/10 recommend!!
****one thing to note is most dishes include pieces of corn, so make sure to order without corn if you’re not a fan!

Dietary restrictions: Many dishes are gluten free, and if not, substitutions can be made to make many dishes gluten free

Parking: Free parking lot next to the restaurant

The restaurant was understaffed, service took a long time, but the runner was very attentive. The ramen was overcooked and stuck together. The teppan tofu was well-done. In general, the food could have used more seasoning (e.g. the curry broth was indistinguishably curry). The tap water was unfiltered and unpleasant.

I can’t give the food a review cause I never got it ??‍♂️ literally sat at the bar for 1 hour 19 minutes waiting for pork belly fried rice (i mean seriously it’s just fried rice and it wasn’t like they were hella busy either) and it just never came out the drinks were good but the wait time for food is insane yall gotta get it figured out Im not going to write them off I’ll definitely give them a shot again in the future I want to believe it’s a staffing issue and not complete incompetence.

their spicy miso ramen is the best vegan ramen i've ever had. the broth is super rich, umami, and spicy but not overwhelmingly hot. it's a little oily, but that helps give it that richness. the noodles have the perfect bite, they don't just clump up together. and the tofu is actually seared on the outside so it isn't too soft. the atmosphere and vibe inside is really nice too. if you're looking for a ramen spot, check this one out!

Great food selection with friendly staff. We went suing off hours so it wasn’t super busy, and had a great experience.

My stomach has been messed up since I had dinner here 2 days ago. My family came with me and they have been sick too. I don't know what it was but it isn't a nice feeling. The place wasn't full at all and the service was super slow, and not a good service. The food wasn't amazing but it was good, good flavor. I wouldn't come back because all these issues but I understand why people go back.

Two of us very clearly asked our somewhat flustered (although he only had 4 tables) waiter about gluten free ramen and gluten free broth. We ordered gluten free,
both ramen and broth.

Although the food was tasty, later that night we knew we did not get gluten free food. Absolutely not gluten free. We both have significant allergies to gluten and there is no doubt it was in the food.

Not sure whether the waiter mis-placed the order, or whether the kitchen missed it.
Regardless, that was a significant miss that would make is quite reluctant to eat here again.

OMG, this Ramen was so good. We also got appetizers, the dumplings were impeccable! Make sure you order them! And dessert was everything just amazing. Chefs Kiss! I would highly recommend it was a great price rate as well 10/10.

Terrible ramen and terrible service. If you're in The Beacon looking for a place to eat, patiently wait for a table at Patria Cocina.
Only 2 customers in this restaurant at 7pm on a Saturday night, while the restaurant next door had a 30 minute wait should've been a sign to stay away - but I decided to give this place a try anyway.
I will never come back to this place for ramen or any food item from their menu. We started off with an order of sticky fries - they were clearly not fresh and were old and stale.
We should've left at that but decided to order our meals of chicken fried rice, hotto tonkatsu ramen, and the curry vegan ramen -  everything had a nasty odor and overly greasy taste. I don't know how a place can make food this disgusting.
I've had ramen many times before and never experienced something this disgusting. This place has strayed from their glory days, this was a nasty dining experience. After no more than 3 spoonfuls, we could not finish our ramen and I asked for the check. The waiter and staff clearly took away two FULL bowls of ramen and only when I asked what can be done, they gave a palsy $8 off for two bowls of $20/each food that was not eaten. I happily paid and ran to the restaurant next door for a pleasant dining experience.
Simply stay away from this place, the food was disgusting and the service left much to be desired

I'll have to call this place HOTTO NOTTO
Both bowls of ramen were disgusting. I told the server they were both unsatisfactory. He said he got off the phone with the owners and $8 off is all they'll do. Whatever, thats besides the point.
The ckicken fried rice was also ordered as a regular meal so do not tell me how to order for my family and that I need to order off the kids menu. We've had ramen many times before, yours is simply disgusting.

30 orders on a SATURDAY night is quite low compared to a night that Patria Cocina had a 30 minute wait, you shouldn't pride yourself on that.
But, I see that instead of attempting to rectify the situation, the owners are trying to justify their mishap and tell lies. If that night was not reflective of what you truly believe your restaurant embodies, true customer service would be to make attempts at rectifying the situation, not justifying.
Regardless, you couldn't pay me to patronize HOTTO NOTTO again. Be advised, stay away.

I always have a great time. The Smokin Strawberry is the best drink. The chicken dumplings are the best app. And Jeremy is the best bartender!

The broth was decent, but the ramen noodles tasted like factory-made, previously dried noodles.

The main reason why we won’t be coming back: as we were packing our leftovers, the waitress came over and took our unused paper napkins, which I thought was odd. Then I saw her put it back in the “clean” napkin pile in the corner by the kitchen. ?
