Hotto Hotto Ramen & Teppanyaki

I’ve been coming here for a year, and this place has gone downhill.

Edit : Before asking me a single question, you publicly suggested I was a “disgruntled former employee.” As a customer, that does not create confidence that my concerns would be approached objectively. I have no personal interest in any current or former employee’s employment status. They don’t benefit me financially, and I have nothing to gain from writing a negative review as a former employee. Employment matters are irrelevant to my review. Whether someone was hired, fired, or no longer works there should not be brought into a public response.

I encourage anyone reading this to visit and decide for themselves. That is the purpose of reviews. I did not fabricate anything or make outlandish claims. I mentioned gnats around the bar cups, inconsistent inventory, excessive heat, visible mildew under the cup rack, and being handed a visibly wet, cold cup straight from the dishwasher. These are things I personally experienced.

I never had an issue with the staff or food. I became a regular because I enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and patience of the employees. Being neurodivergent with astigmatism I greatly appreciated having a place where I felt comfortable dining alone.

You claim there are “numerous inaccuracies,” yet you do not identify them. Employees not recalling my experience does not make it untrue, nor does it justify suggesting I am a former employee. Asking employees whether they remember conversations that may reflect negatively on the business is not an objective way to address a review. If a customer is immediately met with accusations, employees may not feel comfortable confirming those conversations

This was feedback from a long-time customer, not an attack. The decision to question my credibility instead of addressing the concerns is what I find most unprofessional.

Really convenient location and really good food. Okiboro is the best I've had and this is like damn near as good with different options. Definitely gonna be a go to for me

My husband and I ordered a bottle of Chardonnay and they did not have it in a bottle, we ordered another bottle of the other Chardonnay on the menu and they did not have that either. Had to order by the glass. It was so HOT in the restaurant we were sweating. We did not like the Pork Bao. The pork was ok, but the bun was hard on the bottom and under done on the top (we have had these many places and we definitely did not enjoy them here). Seaweed salad was mushy (again we have had seaweed salad in tons of restaurants and we did not enjoy this. The pork pot stickers were good.

Great vibes great atmosphere and great food!! Nathan was the bartender when I went and he's awesome! It's been a long time since i've found authentic ramen.So I was so excited to try the food and was pleasantly pleased!! My new fave is the Spicy Ribeye Ramen bowl!! A must try!

It’s a wonderful restaurant that values quality ingredients and excellent service ! The Hotto Tonkotsu Ramen rocks ! love there appetizers as well and variety of beverages. It’s refreshingly Authentic ! The staff is so kind and hard working .

My wife and I went on a date night here and overall had a great experience! The food was delicious and the drinks were great. The menu was confusing in its labels for gluten free items, but our server, Ethan, made sure that the items he suggested were safe to eat and double checked it was made correctly before serving it. He also made sure our drinks were made to perfection, too!

The main downsides were just the labels and the fact that the AC system was dripping condensation onto the table. If those get addressed it's a solid 5 stars across the board

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at Hottie Hottie! Lauren and Junie were our bartenders, and they were absolutely wonderful. They’re friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks and food were perfect all night. Their great personalities and excellent customer service made our experience even better. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and they truly helped make our date night special. We’ll definitely be back!

I love this place. It’s a hidden gem.

They have a lot of menu options and something for everyone. It’s so hard to find good vegetarian ramen and they have three options! Plus of course a lot of other ramen options. I also love that I can have lots of vegan options and take my steak-loving parents here too who also enjoy it. Full bar and a great shaded outdoor patio.
There are huge windows and the bar opens to the outside so even when you’re sitting inside, it still has a bright airy feel.

Our first time here was great! Ethan gave us great food and drink recommendations and was *very* helpful, attentive and professional. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend. A+.

My favorite ramen spot in all of Atlanta! The curry rames is absolutely incredible! The drinks are also delicious and fun! I would highly recommend trying it!
