I definitely recommend making a reservation before going unless you want to wait to sit at the bar which isn't bad. Food was good but had to send my cheeseburger back as it was not prepared properly. It was cooked to the wrong temperature and had items on it I requested be removed. They quickly remedied the problem and the new burger was delicious. The only thing that could make the bar better was if they served Moscato. Service was a bit slow but then again we were sitting...
Brook is a really great server !! Before I was even done with my visit I told her I had to write a review about how she kept the drinks in Cold glasses , showed so much kindness and when she was busy sent people over to check on us she was also very knowledgeable of the menu and knew what was not being sold anymore vs what was.

Today was my first time in years eating at Houston's, and I was quickly reminded how great they are. An excellent restaurant is more than good food, horrible service can ruin the whole visit. The service we received today was incredible. From the valet parking team to the hostess, Erma, and our awesome server, Rolanda. In addition to the great service, the food was amazing too.
