Hovan Mediterranean Gourmet

I rarely leave negative reviews, but Hoban Mediterranean Gourmet in Sandy Springs genuinely earned this one. The food quality was surprisingly poor, especially considering how expensive everything is. What made it worse is the portion size? the quantity is shockingly small for the price they charge.

To be fair, the service itself was good. The staff were polite and attentive. Unfortunately, good service can’t make up for tiny portions and subpar food. For the price point, I expected far better. Definitely not worth it. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for value or quality.

Came here for the first time on a lunch break. I tried the Spicy chicken shawarma and the pistachio dessert. Both were absolutely delicious! The service was great too, pretty speedy as well. Great for a lunch break

One of my all time favorite places to eat from my childhood in the 80's when they were located in the food court at Perimeter Mall. Such a nice family. The food and service are excellent! I highly recommend Hovan Mediterranean. 👌

Disgusting microwave food. Owner doesnt care about quality at all. He microwaved everything in front of us and the taste was horrible. Pretty sure this restaurant needs a food safety inspection

My favorite restaurant in this area and some of the kindest people I’ve ever met! I live out of state now but couldn’t miss the opportunity to have their food! Thank you for all the years of amazing food and service! You guys are the best!

This place is amazing, lived in the area for years and never tried it. Moved away and now find myself eating here once a week. Shawarma sandwich is off the charts as are all the sides. Do yourself a favor.
