This place is amazing, lived in the area for years and never tried it. Moved away and now find myself eating here once a week. Shawarma sandwich is off the charts as are all the sides. Do yourself a favor.

An Atlanta institution! I've been eating there since my teens in the 80's. Great food, great quiet atmosphere. The Owner (Hovan) is usually there. He and his staff really care about great food and great customer service! You've got to try this place! Keep up the good work Hovan!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at hovan Restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of traditional Arabic decor and modern elegance.

The service was absolutely top-notch. A special mention goes to( bishoy ), a very respectful and professional gentleman who took care of us throughout the meal. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our needs were met and making great recommendations from the menu.

The food was outstanding — everything from the appetizers to the main dishes was bursting with flavor. The hummus was creamy, the shawarma tender and perfectly spiced, and the baklava was the perfect sweet ending to a truly memorable meal.

If you’re looking for a place that offers delicious food with excellent service, I highly recommend hovan Restaurant. You won’t be disappointed!🙏🏻❤️

Saw them microwave the chicken before serving. The gyro just did not taste good. Wouldn’t go back. Baklavas were great but that’s it.

This is by far the BEST Mediterranean restaurants in the Brookhaven area! Amazing customer service from Trey explaining everything to us and providing a 5-star dining experience! Everything is made fresh and has the home-made (not from a box) amazing taste!
Can't wait to return again and enjoy some more amazing food!
Everything was great but favs were the red lentil soup, hummus, tabbouleh, and baba ghanoush.
