Long waiting time. Food was Not good
Thank you to you staff for being so kind and friendly. They were clearly working hard and quick. Makes such a difference. The tenders were also delicious. We were pleasantly surprised!
This place was amazing. They take a while, but food still good.
My first time trying Howlin’ Willy’s will also be my last. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. A single word is a perfect descriptor: mediocre.
I got the 3 tender plate with mac and cheese, howlin’ heat level (supposedly their hottest).
I asked for a cup of water, and the cashier then proceeded to try and charge me for a regular soda. He said he was required to do so. I said no thanks, but to void the soda he had to get the manager. When I told the manager I just wanted a cup of water, she handed me a small one for free. The right hand apparently doesn’t know what the left is doing.
My food came out about 10 minutes later. They cook the tenders to order, so I was ok with the wait.
The mac and cheese was ok, I guess. Nothing remarkable. The tenders were a good size, but overly crunchy in a way I didn’t care for. Too hard, almost.
Also, despite the ghost pepper hype the restaurant tried to build up, I was not, in fact, howling when I ate my chicken. I have a good spice tolerance but this barely even registered.
Overall: not great, not terrible.
A decent place. This is my first time eating here. I played it safe and ordered the kinda hot 3 piece tender plate. The tenders didn't have any heat, and very light seasoning if any at all. The fries weren't seasoned. The two dipping sauces I ordered was the comeback and honey mustard. Both sauces were rich in flavor and painted well with the sender's and fries. I highly recommend 3 sauces if you're heavy on the sauce.
Excellent 👌👌
Awesome chicken, great price and location, great service
I was really disappointed with the service I received from the manager. When I went to place my order, he rudely asked, “What do you want?” like he didn’t even want to be there. It was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. On the other hand, the lady in the pink shirt who helped me initially was amazing. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. Despite the poor attitude from the manager, the food was outstanding. I just wish the overall experience had matched the quality of the food.
This was a favorite in the Delta hanger and line last year and the year before. But like most husiensses they have decided to now cut corners and lower the overall value of the food. They have decided to serve small tinyittle strips instead of the massive strips they use to have. It's still decent but for a 16 dollar regular size combo, its definitely not worth the price. Maybe it's just this location I have seen a bunch of new workers. But a few years ago it was much different and bigger. Now everyone at Delta looks at you crazy if y9u say let's go to howlins. They basically lost their main source of business which is Delta airlines employees . Sad, but they chose this. Now you get smaller chicken strips and much less fries. For the same price
Food was good and fresh

We stumbled upon this Amazing chicken spot on a quest for a strong cup of Coffee! The atmosphere is relaxed and warm and comfy- like a family cookout. Marcus provided phenomenal service with a genuine smile. He made suggestions- including the spice level of my wings - and his expertise Did Not Disappoint! We will be going back soon! P.S. Their cookies are baked FRESH daily! Thanks Marcus 😊
My chicken was not right 1 out of 5 times I’ve been. Love the servers they’re sweet. And atmosphere is cool as a breeze. Nice spot to grab a bite.
I love Nashville hot chicken! Willy's nails the spice level and flavor. I usually go with the Sweet Heat level of spice, and Willy Hot is great if you're feeling extra.
Howlin' Hot is crazy hot, you've been warned.
I don’t eat fried chicken also but I thought I’d try these sandwiches and they may just have been the best I’ve ever had or I was just really hungry and haven’t eaten fried chicken in a really long time. Mac & cheese was low par, but the apple pie was also great!
