My husband and I both got a 3 tender plate. I’m a wimp and got no-heat. The chicken breading was great and the chicken was moist. My husband asked for the Howlin’ heat level, but the cashier advised him to be careful, so he ended up with the next level down. He enjoyed it, but I think he’ll try the Howlin’ next time. The Mac & Cheese was very good and I’m kicking myself for not getting another fried apple pie.

Came in with a pack of HUNGER kids after a trip at the park. Y'all don't know how stress and nervous I was to walk in but Queen and Maria did their thang to help me do mine! And I just loved it. Willy's employees made me feel like it was a breeze to walk in with 8kids and I really appreciate that. Had an amazing experienc. Will always come back to this location .

What the actual heck!? What is wrong with this location. Ordered delivery and got just absolute garbage. Does this look like 10 chicken tenders to you? They cut them in half or thirds to get a full order. My salad had one chicken wing on it. Who puts a bone in wing, just 1, on a salad and says, “well that looks right.” Paid extra for sauces that did not arrive. This location should be ashamed of itself. They took possibly the best fried chicken in Atlanta and ruined it.Don’t bother ordering from here, just drive up to the one in Midtown. They’re super nice up there and the chicken is delicious.
My first time at his place, and I did a rookie move. I didn’t check my food and I waited till I got home and I didn’t get a pickle didn’t get my bread. I didn’t get my dipping sauce. And even though I got the hottest flavor, on the chicken tenders even though juicy was not spicy at all now the sandwich was pretty good and even though for some reason the chicken sandwich was spicier than the tenders and I didn’t even order the chicken sandwich spicy so I think they mixed up the spice order. The chicken was good enough to go back and try again. this time I’ll make sure I check the box. Mac & cheese with a little dry though

I have been coming here for years and the food is always great!! But tonight was one of the best customer service i had there in a long time. who ever the young lady is on the hot table with the shiny teeth has a great attitude and is very nice!!!!!!!!! i wish i would have gotten her name

The chicken is good but the size of the strips feel like a scam. I ordered the 3 piece tender meal and 1 strip seemed maybe normal size idk and the other 2 strips were tiny. I ate a strip - which was smaller than the one I’m holding (which is why there’s I’m only two in the photo )and realize there’s no way I’d be satisfied with this amount so I asked to purchase two more strips. I was charged another $5. The chicken was good but will not be back

Ordered a pick up order from the chicken menu through Uber eats. Walked in and was not greeted. Poor customer service person #1 walked up and did not say a word he just looked at me. “I’m picking up an order” and he replied “they working on it” and walked away. He was lying. They hadn’t even started on it. I never saw him again. Another girl eventually said the same thing until i asked her if she was telling the truth and she said “no.” I asked had they started on it yet and she said “no” with no remorse. Just standing there looking stupid. I hate this place. This was my first and last time giving them a shot.
