What a great find! I did take out while staying at the Marriott and so glad I did. Enough for two nights dinner (thanks to finding the hidden microwave at the Marriott). This is old-time Chinese food with a huge menu, reasonable prices, and delicious and authentic. I had the Spicy Basil Chicken which was very good and, as mentioned, plenty to eat. But there lots of other options I'd like to try. I called ahead and it was ready when I arrived. Highly recommended.

Had an outstanding dinner at Hsu’s Tuesday night. Finally found a Chinese restaurant that we liked. Had the wontons, fried dumplings, and crispy spring rolls. First time had to try the general Tao’s chicken. Best I’ve had an along time. Chicken was crispy and sauce well balanced. Not overly sweet. My wife had the pan fried Hong Kong noodles. Great dish. We set at the bar. Our bartender Kenny made for an excellent evening. Will be back soon and bringing friends

Food was okay. Very strange to have American 80's music playing in a Chinese restaurant.

Food took a while to serve. Peking duck was dry tasted old.hot sour soup had shrimp that tasted freezer burn. The Alvacado shrimp was OK as was the duck crepe and duck soup. Not worth 95 dollars.
$215.47 spent not worth money. Two stars service and food. I will not come back .

Aside from the food I ate while in China this is the best Chinese food I have eaten. I strongly recommend the kimchi. The chef makes it in house and it is a scrumptious complement to any meal.

Very serene atmosphere imo. The service is amazing very attentive to drinks and plates and everything. Food was delicious it definitely worth the premium price. Lots of celebrities have visited

Parking: The staff asked us if we needed a parking voucher im assuming it for free parking but we did not use it since we walked to the restaurant

This is a truly beautiful, classic Chinese restaurant that exudes an old-school charm. The nostalgic décor transports you to another era, while the traditional menu offers all the beloved staples you’d expect from an authentic Chinese dining experience. It’s the kind of place where you can’t really go wrong with whatever you order; the dishes are consistently well-prepared and delicious.

However, I do feel that the prices are a bit on the higher side. Having visited twice, both times during market week, I couldn’t help but notice that the cost seemed somewhat inflated. It’s possible that prices have been raised specifically for that week, which is a bit disappointing. While the food and atmosphere are certainly enjoyable, the higher cost does detract slightly from the overall experience.

Despite this, the restaurant remains a solid choice if you’re looking for an authentic Chinese dining experience with a touch of nostalgia. The quality of the food and the ambiance are definite highlights, but just be aware that you might be paying a premium, especially during market week. If you’re willing to overlook the pricing, it’s a charming spot that offers a genuine taste of traditional Chinese cuisine in a setting that’s hard to find these days.

We were traveling from VA this was walking distance from our hotel ! Loved it . Very authentic, gourmet Chinese. Interior has a dark, slightly dated but very cozy vibe. Szechuan green beans with shrimp cooked perfectly. At one point our waiter busy with another table and we waited quite awhile for more drinks but otherwise a great spot.
