Hudson Grille - Little 5 Points

Tenders were great and the wings looked great. The fishbowl drink be sure to have a designated driver or another person to help you drink it. Safety first. Great environment. I will be back!!

🛑It is amazing to me how a restaurant like this can stay open. First of all when you enter the restaurant you don't smell the smell of food at all LOL. The people that work there seem like they're on drugs because they don't pay any attention to the customers and walk around like zombies. The service is awful all the time. This last time I just went to pick my order up and there was no order after I was told that it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. So you're telling me 3 people that work there cannot read? How can you go to the back to check on an order that is not even there and tell the customer that it's going to be READY IN 5 MINUTES??? You either can't read or are just total liars. I will never waste my time coming to this God awful restaurant again. Then the short Spanish looking girl gave me attitude, walked off as she rolled her eyes, after telling me that they don't have the order. No apology, no type of empathy whatsoever. I mean I am a person! There was no hey let's make this right or anything! Just a total waste of my time. How dumb are you? 🤬🤬🤷

The food was ok. The portion size of my sandwich doesn't equal up to the price paid. Service was ok. There were two servers for the entire floor. The atmosphere was loud so difficult to have a conversation.

It was super slow, the waiter was very slow and had to look for him to get something or find out if my food was ever coming. I waited more than 1h for my food and it never came, it was 3pm when I got there and the restaurant was pretty empty so there wasn't any reason for it to take that long.

Hudson Grille was actually very good the only issue I had was there's no free parking so I was forced to pay $10 to a ballet in order to eat there

Service was slooooow the server didn't come check on us and I had to go get him to see if he can give me a refill on my water will my food finally came after an hour of waiting it was cold and hard.

Manager and Sara Z had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sara should not received a tip. They were rude, nasty and dismissive.

Just to let you know, if you don’t like your food “because it’s not your preference” as the manager said to me… they WON’T take it back and change it for something that actually satisfies you as the paying customer. I had to pay for the horrible wings and pay for my change of entree. 0/10.
I know none of the management would accept this if they were a paying customer but hey that’s greed for ya.

I like Hudson grill they are always open and have a lot of choices. Doesn’t make sense that that bought two properties only to charge $5-$10 for parking.

Customer service was terrible and manager condones the waitress behavior. There’s far too many restaurants in Atlanta to settle for rudeness

Everything was just meh. We got some wings and they were just OK. My Philly cheese was kind of tasteless, dry, and light on meat/onions/peppers. I asked for a side of the garlic mayo it came with and had to wait 10 minutes. I just ate it since I didn’t want it to get cold waiting. And the Long Island iced tea special basically had no liquor in it. I can’t remember what else we ordered, but remember everyone saying it was bad. They also charged us $5 to park in their empty parking lot after we already parked our own car. And the bathrooms are crazy far from the main restaurant.
