Food is overpriced, service is hit or miss. Management seems to have the attitude they are above working here; perhaps ownership should believe them.

I don’t do reviews like that or give shout outs out a fellow New Yorker for now ima call him D deserves all the respect. His energy, friendliness and skills are amazing. Words cannot describe his attentiveness. 100/10.

Was here for a work event. The brisket was fantastic, though some of the beers were average. Staff were very friendly.

I recently dined at Humble Pie and left feeling underwhelmed. While the food was decent, there were a few things that made the experience less enjoyable than I’d hoped. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself was quite cool, but the service felt rushed. We received our salad and main dishes within about 10 minutes of ordering, which gave the impression that the food wasn’t freshly prepared.
I ordered the Carnavor pizza, which cost $26. While it maybe could’ve fed two people if you weren’t too hungry, I found it overpriced for what it was. Shortly after it arrived, the pizza was accidentally dropped by our table. They replaced it almost immediately—within 2-3 minutes—which made me question its freshness. The pizza tasted good but wasn’t anything special.
Service-wise, our waiter was friendly, but it was obvious this is a new restaurant. He checked on us frequently, but it wasn’t proactive service. For instance, we had to ask him to take away plates even though they were piling up, and drink refills weren’t automatic. By the time our dessert came, we had to stack plates on the pizza holder and explicitly ask for them to be removed.
For dessert, I had the lemon pie, which was way too tart—even for someone who loves lemon desserts. The meal came to around $50, which felt overpriced considering the rushed experience (we were in and out in under 50 minutes) and the lack of special flavors in the food. My friend’s meal was a similar price, she got the chicken salad sandwich, not so humble fries, Caesar salad, and the flourless chocolate tart her food was less than special. Even the Caesar salad had dressing poured on top of it, but it wasn’t even mixed together.
All in all, Humble Pie has potential, but the rushed service, lack of proactive attention, and overpriced meal for the experience would likely prevent me from returning.
Parking: $15.45 for two hours of parking - so expensive

I thoroughly enjoyed Humble Pie. My husband loves pizza, so I decided to take him here for his birthday. Everything we ate was great and well seasoned! For drinks, he had beer and we also ordered a bottle of wine(1/2 price on Wednesdays). We had the crab hush puppies and garlic cheese bread for appetizers. I love crab, so I LOVED the hush puppies(I didn’t eat the lime sauce or the bread but he liked them both).
I don’t eat dairy, so I was pleased to still have plenty of options at a pizza place. I got the catfish sandwich which was good! I was obsessed with their thin fries! He ate the carnivore pizza and loved it!
We will absolutely be back. The food, drinks, music, service, and ambiance were all great!

Service and atmosphere are wonderful. Imho, I make better food at home. I'm admittedly a french-fry snob but I would have traded the truffle fries for 5 Guys' in a second. For the pizza, I was expecting a smoked flavor from a flame fired oven but could not detect it. Now the food isn't bad, just not as good as i was hoping.
