Best IHOP I have ever been too! The service was amazing 👏🏿! Renaldo was a super cool guy that gave the place family and professional vibe. Melissa was our server from Chi town. She pulled out all the stop to support my plant based diet! Thank you 🙏🏾

I eat at different Ihops and this one over the years has degraded immensely. This last visit there absolutely nothing remarkable. My server, she was not welcoming, slightly attitudinal, as opposed the gentle serving in the other section. I observed him being friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food was sub IHOP standard, pancakes and grits both sub par. The building is not clean both inside and out.
CHRONICLY MISSING ITEMS!!!chicken fajita omelette needs to come with salsa and sour cream, but it no longer does coz Atlantians are lazy people!!!!!!!!!! same goes for every other dish. crepes were missing strawberries. in person you get everythign, but not via order. lazy!!!

I placed an order to pick up at 3:41am with a completion time of 4:10am through UberEats. I get there exactly at 4:10am and a employee was outside smoking and said my order wasnt made. I went inside to a empty restaurant and had to call out several times for someone to help. The cook who also said he was the manager, or whatever pronoun he uses refused to cancel my order and I was forced to wait another 13 minutes for my food. I took a uber from work to pick up my order on the way home and had to pay extra because my order wasn't even made and was outside waiting for me!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will no longer patronize this location.
