I came in on 04/09 around 10:20 there was only one cook and one server (dark skin queen with really good hairdo) he was taking to Go orders had a party of 11 and another party of 6 people ! He was doing all of this with a smile and being super nice ! Even though people were not willing to wait . He did ever he could to keep them. All the guest in the dining area were happy and the server and the cook did everything to get the food out fast as possible and to make everyone happy! We live down the street and come here often lay night just because we know he will be here and we will get the best service!!!!

Beware. Today we watched the Caucasian cook pick up bacon off of a prepared plated with his bare hands, sit it down and place it on someone else’s plate. No glove, grease all over his hands. It’s disgusting. We immediately left. It’s tragic because we eat here often and love it but today we saw what some of their cooks really do.

Great service! Our server was timely, got our orders correct and was friendly. Only issue I had was when I got my ticket, the hot chocolate was $6.39 vs the menu $4.39. I informed the waitress and she said something about cup size…. I let her know I’m a frequent flyer at IHOP and this is the cup hot chocolate is always served in When I asked for a manager, he came right over, was so pleasant and courteous. He came over with cash because the transaction had been ran and apologized. Great customer service!

If you getting To Go here and getting pancakes DONT. They gave me one little cup of syrup and wanted to charge me a dollar for one additional one. The amount of syrup in this little container wont even cover 1 full pancake. How can you give me food and not what i need to eat/enjoy it with? The meal was already 13 dollars and now i cant have syrup to eat it with. When they give you regular syrup you atleast get 2 of them. They gave me 1 and no whip topping for my meal. The food was okay. But if youre not dinning in, I wouldnt suggest going to this location. I included a picture of the small syrup they expect to go on two pancakes. No other ihop charges per syrup and only gives you one. To me its insane. 25 cent or 50 cent for the little sized syrup make sense but if imma spend a dollar i might as well go buy a whole thing of syrup. Do yall think 2oz of syrup is enough for pancakes?Parking: Its very close parking but its free.
