Quent was very patient and very cool! He made me laugh and that is what I needed to continue my day! Sometimes you need someone to uplift you and that is just what he did today! Food was delicious also!

Hello I landed in Atlanta around 2:30 from a super long flight. I considered eating at IHOP because it’s such a classic however when I arrived no one came to greet me at the front counter. The entire staff in fact stood in the kitchen when you’re able to view customers coming in and out and yet no one said a word. This place needs to be shut down. You can tell they aren’t putting the efforts in to make Ihop feel like home and like family. Mind you there are only 4 people dinning in when this corner location can house at least 50 people. Sitting at the food hall directly across the way watching people get up and walk out due to lack of visibility of the staff and customer service which means the food quality has to be poor.

Chicken sandwich was undercook and not good flavour!
Service very slow took 15 minutes to be served!
Feel nauseated and did not finish the sandwich

Quentin and Tim were amazing‼️ Their customer service was TOP TIER even though they were the ONLY ones working the kitchen, cooking and serving. Plus they also respected our TSA discount and that was Great.
