The food I had here was great, I did some work at ATL airport for a few months and I would eat here often and the pricing is reasonable. The sweet tea is so good its addicting and the workers there go the extra mile to ensure that I enjoyed every time I was there. I gave them a 4 star only because there were times I would want a specific meal and they wouldn't have it, and they don’t take cash. Overall I would absolutely recommend this IHOP for a great airport meal
“Steakburger” sounded good but it was so salty I couldn’t finish it.

I informed the attendant that my pancakes were cold. I didn't know if she had heard me, as she was a short distance away, so I repeated myself. She took at attitude at that for some reason and I told her that I didn't know if she had heard me. She immediately brought me another order and they were cold also, as the butter didn't melt. When I left, I approached her at the counter and told her that the 2nd order was also cold. She starred at me, not addressing me, then walked away. That was the most rudeness action ever. This was my first time eating at the airport's IHOP and will probably be my last. Inside of eating the cold pancakes, I should have requested a refund. I am sorry that I did not.

This is the worst IHOP (1/15/2024 12:00pm in the main atrium by the north terminal)I’ve ever been the food was ok but the waitress has the worst attitude ever ordered the classic burger with fries & Added a drink via the Qrc code food took 30 min upon arrival with no drink ask for drink and condiments to here I had to get up and come get it myself how rude and unprofessional can you be in a hospitality industry . Don’t think I will eat at that location ever again

They only have one person taken care of everybody else they read me a copy and when I asked for a refill I had to wait 45 minutes to get a refill which I never did I had to get up Has to talk to the manager. The manager saw me that I needed to talk to her and she completely ignored me at first. Then she wanted to give me a coffee to go after I already Got up and left my pancakes On the table, turned around look at the table. The table was empty. Oh yeah, you dumb woman. They have already cleaned up the table. This place is horrible and never coming to anybody. I wouldn’t even eat in this place

No one can take an order. The items on the menu are not in the online ordering system. The manager walked away while she saw me standing there and apparently turned everything off so she would not be bothered while taking her break. Would have purchased, but their point of sale was turned off.

The food is disgusting. I’m sure not if this location runs on budget. But it’s best to just go to the actual restaurant where the food looks like the display screen photo. Cause this location is falsely advertising. Eggs has no flavor, the hash brown is dry no moisture. The pancakes are a little then the actual size if a person was to go to the restaurant. Also pancakes don’t taste like buttermilk it taste like dough. Just disgusting.
