Clearly under staffed. Manager stated he was helping waitress but also helped with ToGo orders & the back area. However, the 1 waitress needs a dedicated helper on the floor.. Classic example of how the lower paid employees are overworked. This is unacceptable and reminds me why I prefer the white areas. Dad got warm fluffy pancakes. I got flat & cold. I asked for turkey sausage. I got bacon and never got turkey. Dad asked for egg whites got yellow. Waitress didn't check on us for 20mins. Flagged her down to check out. Not her fault.. She is cleared overworked. Ihop needs to care more for employees. I didn't see a help wanted sign.

I wanted banana pancakes and they had ran out of bananas. The waitress, Zoey, told me the unfortunate news, but I was ok. I thought they may not have th ice cream to go it’s them anyway. I was craving those pancakes, since I had given my order to a close friend a few weeks prior while visiting Chicago.
Zoey’s energy was so positive at 6 am so I was ok with it and just enjoyed my coffee….

A lil later…
Zoey full of energy came back to the table and told me her manager was running to grab some bananas for me to make me some fluffy rich so delicious banana pIHOP pancakes!!!!

We went here for breakfast. The restaurant was almost empty There weren't very many people there. Our food server was Kevin and he seemed to disappear all the time. We don't know where the hell he went, but we had to ask Zowie to give us our check when we were ready to leave, but the food was decent. Kevin needs assistance with his customer service skills

They only had one person waiting and covering the front. Took a long time to be seated. Also, the hash browns were hard but everything else was good.

I ordered for 2 people at the IHOP off of Old National Hwy. One of the items from my platter was not available & I paid an up charge for it. I told the server that helped me. He went to let the manager know that I wanted a refund for the up charge & I could hear her yelling from the kitchen about not refunding my money. The server came out 10 mins later & just handed me $3 from his pocket (less than what was owed), but I appreciate him for trying. When I got home, I realized that I was missing items. No onions or peppers on my potatoes, no grits. I tried to call the store but the phones were not available until after 6am. I had just left from a long night at the ER. I called later the next day to speak with the manager & he was not there. I tried calling again the next day & still no luck. Horrible customer service (from the MOD) during my visit & very unhappy with my food. I visit IHOP all the time but this one dropped the ball.

I love the the conveniece. Right by my house. But next time i decide to get breakfast at a restaurant like this. Ill go to the union city location. I never had a problem with them. But friday morning was my last straw. Last one. Friday mor ing i ordererd food on line. It was scheduled to be ready at 9:40. Waited for my food until 10:15 or 10:10. Unacceptable. This has been a pattern. The last couple of times. Have to wait for my food because it wasnt ready. Then friday. I had to check my bag. Items were missing. Gravy was missing on my country fried steak. One time i ordered the country fried steak and i got home and gravy was missing. and then portions were small. Order eggs u get two spoon fulls. I think u might need to make changes in staff. Last couple visits i had bad service. Work too hard for my money and my time is valuable. Other were waiting as well. But friday. It was lot of people that was waiting on there orders. Lobby was full of people. One couple ordered there food before me and there still weere waiting. Unacceptable. Then my gravy was missing. Had to wait another ten minutes for that. I try to support businesses but i cant support this ihop again. My money and time is avaliable. Next time i will go to the union city location. I shoudve took a pic of all the people were waiting. Unacceptable. U cant post online that my food willl be ready at a certain time and my food is not ready. I go to the same waffle house and every time its great service and always ready. I cant support bad business. Fed up. Hope yall can make improvements but i can no longer support this location. Union city location is farther but they have great service.

The service was great, my server. He was wonderful. I think this is one of the best ihops that I have been to.

If I could give a zero, I truly would. This is the worst ihop. The people in front were like trippin on somethin, no lie. They said they were bagging up our food 5 different times and we never got it. The dude up front literally told us to leave and go somewhere else since we were “rushing them.” We were waiting for an uber eats order for over an hour. There were other people in there as well, with God as our witness.

Came in to dine in and the cook walked past and said you gotta wait in the server. They went to walmart...guy walks in past me goes to the kitchen and comes back 20 minutes later and asked if I had been helped...did you help me? Then no. Then he walks away and comes back and says its cash only..
