Amazing service from Zoey W, who had the most beautiful personality. There was a small misunderstanding with my food, but the Mgr. Dale handled it very quickly and professionally. This place is a must come back. Laid back good tunes playing the food was banging!!!

I did not like the service. Manager Ernest did not do his job. I was served a coffee mug with lipstick on it and his response was sorry, but there's nothing else I can do. Javon, the server was excellent. He took good care of my table.

I tried the online order and pick up service at the Flat Shoals Road location, on my way to work. It was great! My omelet was ready when I arrived. No waiting, yaay! The Spinach and Mushroom omelet was big and fluffy, very filling and so delicious! I didn't have room in my belly for the 3 large buttermilk pancakes that came with this huge omelet, so I gave them to a coworker. Coworker said the pancakes tasted very good. Thank you IHOP for a super breakfast! Your order online and pick up service is awesome!

Honestly, the food is Great and everything, but the time Spent waiting on the food is ridiculous. I made an online order at eight o'clock and wanted to pick it up at twelve I gave them more than enough time to prepare my food so when my lunch break come, I can just pick up the food and eat it. Yet still I have to been waiting there for a whole hour and thirty minutes to get my food.I had to skip out on lunch and eat it when I got home. And this happened multiple times. It needs a lot more room for improvement.

It was late night, about 2:30ish. Unfortunately they had 1 cook. My homie ordered an omelette n didn't get it til like 2 hours later. After we was about to leave. Service was decent but not very attentive to customers in my opinion 🤔. Never refilled our drinks, the list can continue but overall they could do better.
Mo our server was superb! The food was hot, the establishment was clean. Service was above and beyond starting with the hostess.

Worst ihop staff I’ve ever encountered. The wait at the door was 20+ mins and staff never even acknowledged the people standing there waiting. They claim their cook was late to his shift so the entire restaurant was behind. Multiple people and delivery drivers were at the door complaining and arguing with staff. Entire environment was embarrassing to the community. Old National really earning its reputation in this place

Well it's me once again Mr rate the services of course services here suck been here 15 minutes can't even get an estimate time when the orders will be done even those placed online never in my life have I been to such an empty store and services is slow with them molasses I do not recommend this restaurant for anyone out of town or visiting or staying you'll be better off to go to the one in hapeville
