This ihop is terrible!!!! Super muggy inside with no air conditioning. There were “wet floor” signs all over the place. We were initially seated next to a table that had a huge puddle of water on the floor. When we asked to be reseated we were moved to another table that was across from some pink smoothie looking spill on the floor that no one cleaned up. We shortly decided to leave and I slipped on the floor. When I pointed out to one of the workers that I slipped, his response was “see the sign, you’re not going to get paid if you fall”. I pointed out the pink spill and he said the guy was coming to clean it up. This is most ghetto IHOP I’ve ever been too, extremely unprofessional!!! I would NOT go here, don’t walk ….RUN in another direction!!!!

Big stake is $15. I add to it 1 extra egg, pork sausage, spinach it ended up being $24. But the omelt was the same size as a regular one 🤔.

Came in and waited 15mins to be seated, a guy came and ignored me twice. Left and ate somewhere else. Also a lady and her daughter came in and we're sat before me. Wasn't even busy in the restaurant.

The food was very good especially the pancakes and the omelette the only problem I have with this particular location is only one person was running the whole store and no one else was helping out because no one else showed up for their shift

Literally the WORST ihop I’ve ever been to… Its not even anything to explain just know your money will be Wasted here and nobody here wants to work but they all wanna get paid. Management SUCKS.

WORST experience. From the lack of customer service and the absence of cleanliness, I’d say 0 out 10 would not recommend. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted at the door, there was not a hostess in site, the employees that did acknowledge my family and I gave us a head nod and said “Gimme two secs”. Two seconds turned into 15mins of waiting at the door before being seated. When we were sat, the employee said “Hold on, let me grab a rag to clean the table”.. she never came back. The table was dirty on top and trash all around the floor. We had to ask twice for someone to clean the table and they kept saying “Hold on”. Once, we did sit, we asked for a child booster seat, the employee never brought it. The table was overly wet. And they sat us right in front of the kitchen. Where I watched the cleaning employee half ass wash the dishes. He sprayed water and lightly wiped those plates. I was so disgusted! My family and I got up and left. Would NOT recommend.
The service was excellent, the food delicious and well made. I recommend breakfast here.
