For some reason, I can never place a pickup order from this store. Not to mention their phone number never works. It’s 4pm on a Thursday afternoon and their phone disconnects after the first ring. Tried to place an online pickup order instead and I receive a notification a few seconds later saying my order is canceled (this is the third time within a few weeks I’ve tried). Fix your online ordering system and phone line as well.

I always get the pasta al vodka and it’s normally very good and they normally prepare it the way I like it…extra sauce and extra prosciutto ?. However the last 2 orders were horrible and they did not prepare it they I requested. I normally do not leave reviews because everyone has an off day, but I called this time because there was NO PROSCIUTTO and they charged me for extra. The woman I spoke with said that they’d run out of prosciutto. So why not tell me and give me the option to order something else. They’ve lost my business?

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it was completely disgusting. Spaghetti sauce taste like water and the meatballs were unseasoned and tasteless. Don’t waste your money here. 15$ I spent on something I threw away!

We didn’t eat in and ordered Uber…. Maybe the food was better if we had eat it in the restaurant. But this is for you UBER customers. It was very over priced and not that good once it was delivered! I would say go elsewhere and get it cheaper and fresher.

The food here sucks! Even the sweet tea wasn’t sweet the soda wasn’t sweet! The pizza was ok! The hot wings just has hot sauce not wings sauce! No flavor in the meatballs the spaghetti is very bland! Great customer service though!

This used to be a great little restaurant. We used to go often and enjoyed the food. The original couple that started it sold it pre-pandemic. The quality has significantly deteriorated since then. I used to frequently get the tortellini soup for lunch. Today, I got it as take out and it was horrible. Not at all like the previous owners used to make. It was like luke warm water with tasteless dough floating in it. So sad. Will never go back.
Never left a review before but this place was so bad I needed to warn y’all. Really bad food. We left our entire plates uneaten because it was so bad. It was funny in the moment but for real, don’t spend your money here. I got the penne alla vodka and my partner got chicken Alfredo. Both pastas were completely mushy and the sauces were prepared wrong so the cream had gone sour. While the service was awesome, they need to rethink their recipes.

The absolute WORST Itañian food Ive ever eaten! Actually, we threw it all away. My husband ordered spaghetti and meat balls. The past was so over cooked that it was moosh! The meat balls were tasteless! No seasoning, no parmesean cheese, I mean they tasted like cooked burger, without any seasoning. I ordered a meatball parms sandwich. I got the same tasteñess meatballs. I also asked that they add onions and peppers. They did NOT. But later added some chopped up onins and peppers, after I opened the bag to check my order. The woman insistwd thar they were on my sandwich, even though I was looking at the sandwich and clearly you could see they were not there. I requested that they please toast my bread. They BURNT IT TO A CHARDED MESS. I will NEVER again order from this place!

Absolutely awful food for way too high of a price. Get 10X better Italian food at Grana for just a few bucks more. I got Chicken Alfredo, the dish was bland, too watery, and the chicken tasted like pre-cooked pulled chicken from Walmart. My girlfriend got penne Al vodka and she said the pasta was over cooked and bland. Spent $60 (plus $5 tip) for two people, no desserts.Also the outdoor dining is essentially just eating in the Home Depot parking lot with a few outdoor seats lol.Would not recommend.

We've loved IL Bacio for years now, but we just had our first order in a couple of months. We were very disappointed. I wonder if there are new owners. If not, please go back to the previous menu and recipes. We ordered the Gnocchi Bolognese and it was definitely not the same. It was terrible. The sauce was not a bolognese sauce, just a meaty marinara. Even the bread was disappointingly different.Sadly, it will be our last visit.
