The staff made us feel welcomed and celebrated, and the food… absolutely exquisite. The lighting, the interior, the overall atmosphere — everything came together so beautifully. It felt like the restaurant itself was part of our celebration.

I wish I remembered our waiter’s name but overall? Excellent place for a date night or in our case coworkers night out! Had a wonderful time being that the drinks were strong, food was amazing, and the atmosphere was stunning! Our waiter was attentive, professional and extremely knowledgeable on the menu! We work across the street and often belly up to Burle’s bar above the Victorian Plant Shop which is also fairly pricey with their drink costs. Never did we think it could get WORSE. As business owners who often entertain our clients after meetings, we decided to change up the scenery and go here for cocktails. Our preferred beverage is blanco tequila on the rocks and our party of 4 adults ordered two rounds of the following which cost us OVER SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS — $700+ BEFORE TIP!!! 2 double Forteleza tequilas on a big rock, old fashion + gin and tonic. $700+ BEFORE TIP. The cost of our double Forteleza tequilas were $50 PER SHOT = $100 PER ROUND ALONE.The same pour per shot at Burle’s is $22 which is still very pricey and not as awful as this.
We live in Grant Park and will never return to this establishment as they completely rip you off (this includes our other experience at the roof top lounge where we had a similar experience and suppose we should’ve known better). I hate having to leave bad reviews for what we as locals should be promoting as solid places that locals should support and spend their money to keep them in business. This is wildly misleading and unacceptable.

I’m in town on business and staying at the Forth Hotel. After a travel day the convenience of having such a nice restaurant in the lobby of the hotel was delightful. We walked in and no one was sitting at the bar. We asked the hostess what she thought, if we should go dining room or bar and she said go sit with Sid the bartender he’s great. We are bar people so the recommendation was fitting and Sid was amazing. He took very good care of us helped us make decisions between all of the delicious options we wanted to try and had a really enjoyable evening. It is pricey, but it’s quality and worth it in my opinion. I would dine again.

I had a great experience tonight sitting at the bar for a solo dinner. Michael, the bar lead, did a wonderful job training the new guy Andy, while also providing excellent service to all of the bar guests. He kept everything moving in a timely fashion and made time for conversation with customers.
I ordered the bucatini and L’Amore, both were delicious menu items. The sauce for the bucatini was some of the best red sauce I’ve had in a while, plus the pasta tasted fresh and went well with the bread. Looking forward to trying more menu items.

Had a wonderful experience at Il Premio prior to Thanksgiving as I took my family here that was in from out of town for the holiday. We split a number of delicious appetizers and each enjoyed our entrees as well too! The food, service, and atmosphere were all top notch ...I will definitely be back in the future!

Had a wonderful birthday celebration at Il Premio. All six of us commented on the quality of the food. The steak was one of the best we have ever had and the agnolotti pasta was outstanding. The service is attentive and the space is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

This is going to be the best steakhouse on the east side in short order. Thank you to the wait staff for excellent service and to the kitchen for an AMAZING steak dinner. The 22 ounce dry aged #ribeye? Excellent The Campanelle Gratinata ? I've never had pasta with a smoke flavor to it. Delicious #Appetizer? Tried the #burrata . Highly recommended. Veggie? Yup- had the chargrilled #broccolini . Nice with a kick.
I topped my with a slightly tart #mocktail . That was the only part that was not tops in and of itself.

My best friend and I dined here as soon as they opened. The ambiance is absolutely top-notch, making it perfect for a romantic date night or a fun girls' night out. The drinks were also exceptional—a solid 10/10. Having experienced some of the city's finest restaurants, we can confidently say this is our new favorite spot.
The food is simply divine. We sampled a variety of dishes, but the filet mignon and tagliolini were definite standouts.
