Crazy overpriced. I bought 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees and was charged $6 for a “large order fee” ummmm??? Do you not want people to order? Most absurd thing I’ve ever seen.

I go here often. It is a great place to sit and work. High quality drinks & food. They usually get very busy after 9 AM.Vegetarian options: Wraps, bananas, juices.Parking: Park for free behind the shop in the parking garage. The garage across the street is not free; 3 hours free, then paid.

This place has its highs and lows for sure. The space is a really good size. Plenty of tables for large and small. Wasn't decorated much or made to feel warm, but that's alright.Although there was no line, the staff seemed bothered to take my order and were quite unpleasant.I ordered a latte and avocado toast and it was $22. I didn't get a receipt so I'm not sure what costs what. The avocado toast sure wasn't anything to look at! And most avo toast I've had has a few other toppings. But, to my complete surprise it tasted really good. The latte was good as well.Overall, seems kind of hit or miss to me.

i used to go here every morning because i worked across the street and i could afford it. its expensive but eating out is a luxury whatever. one of the baristas was super sweet remembered me all the time would speak and just be overall really friendly, she is great. there was one barista who was there sometimes who kinda seemed like he hated his job though. if you’re in a rush and getting breakfast don’t be in a rush because it might take a minute

Inman perk is a mainstay in the community, consistently tasty coffee, friendly staff and I appreciate that their music isn’t so loud that you can’t work in here. Fantastic work/study/hangout coffee shop.

I asked the barista if they did pourovers and he asked me “what’s that?” ? Needless to say, they do not do pourovers, so I ordered a cortado (which is actually not a cortado here — it’s 8oz; too big). He way oversteamed the milk so even after I let it sit for almost 10 minutes with the lid off, the first tiny sip burned my tongue pretty badly. And no vegan food items as far as I could tell.Dietary restrictions: Nothing particularly useful for vegans; expect the regular alt milk tax.

Wanted somewhere to read and chill on a Thursday evening and they were open until 9 which was perfect. I got an oat milk gingerbread chai latte (small size) and an apple turnover and it was almost $14. Yikes. I paid an extra $1.25 for oat milk which I find outrageous. The latte was fantastic though and since I was staying to hang out I ultimately was okay with that price. Great vibes and I would definitely go back. I was able to score free street parking which was also nice.

Honestly, it’s not my favorite. The drinks are pricey compared to other places nearby and the quality is lower for the price you pay. The pastries are good as many of them are from Alon’s bakery, but even after the barista heated mine up for me, it was still cold. The parking situation is also not the best as there is no directly onsite designated parking. However, I will say the atmosphere is great for doing work and the barista kindly made the adjustments to my drink after I asked.

This was quite possibly the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had in my life. It was so bad I threw it away after trying several times to drink it so I didn’t waste my money. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee, which if you’re familiar, you know is made with sweetened condensed milk and is VERY sweet. I was served a dark colored watered down mess that was not sweet at all. I even walked back in and told them it wasn’t sweet, and I was directed to the side where they had simple syrup so I could sweeten it myself. Then I asked just to make sure if they added the condensed milk and they said yes. Well, it must have only been a splash because it didn’t taste or look anything like Vietnamese coffee. I wouldn’t even waste my time or money trying anything else here.

Inman Perk is BAD. I have been living in the building above so I keep giving this place a chance and I am increasingly disappointed each time. I have tried all of their 3 types of drip coffees--all taste like hot water, not coffee. I have tried all of their espresso drinks--all taste like hot water, not coffee. This morning I paid $6 for a double-shot americano. They were confused and only put in one shot--what a surprise, the drink tasted like hot water and not coffee. Nothing has routinely ruined my mornings more than paying an exorbitant amount for terrible coffee at Inman Perk. Even their croissants are stale and chewy. Do not go here, it is far more worth your time and money to drive to Dancing Goats in Midtown or Ponce instead.

The place was messy. Coffee was decent, but they charged me $1.25 for a squirt of vanilla in my already $5 latte. Pass.

Coffee is meh. The place has lots of seating if you want to get some work done or study.
