I ordered an uber eats order & Insomnia Cookies chose their own third party delivery service to so called deliver my order which i never received. I tried to dispute with uber eats but was told they couldnt refund my money because Insomnia marked it as delivered. They we texting me during the delivery & was very unprofessional. I contacted the store & the lady I spoke with was extremely rude & kept over talking me. Customer service skills are terrible.

I just walked out of this place @ 3:10 a.m. on 1/1/26 because the guy working the counter let another cut the line for $50!! I won’t be coming back to this location.

Damn highway robbery. $16 for a pint of ice cream that was less than half a pint. Container half empty, not sure if someone got hungry and decided to help themselves. Sketchy ice cream. Spent the price of a dinner on these tiny cookies. Shame on yourselves for being a giant ripoff.

I placed an order online at 7:25 for it to be ready at 7:45. When I arrived the store was somewhat busy , so I understood that I had to wait. It was just annoying that it took longer than the 5 minutes I was told to wait and that the employees there were not being respectful and prioritizing what had to be done. The kids also did not know how to bake the cookies and one of them even burnt a batch, I didn’t know which cookies were burnt until I opened my box to feel and taste the burnt cookies and cream cookie. I order a few of those and noticed that one of them was also broken. I will not order from this specific location again. 😐
