Found Insomnia Cookies via advantage dining and the google reviews raved about how delicious the cookies are!! Was definitely eager to check them out. Stopped by today at the 930 W location in downtown Atlanta at almost 3pm.
I was in for a rude awakening, the server Akyrah was not at all welcoming, I requested if she could print out an itemized receipt for my expense and she made a face like I was bothering her. Smiling may not be her super power but courtesy goes a long way.
I would recommend retraining her on customer service if she wants to continue working in the service industry. Her attitude is terrible and a poor reflection of this establishment, outside of that the cookies were underwhelming. I could taste the dough which further dampened my experience.
If you are visiting from out of town like I was, and having a taste for delicious cookies please look elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 2:15 AM. Although your hours state that you close at 3:00 AM, it appeared everything had already been put away, and the staff were only offering one type of cookie.
Both the manager and the person who took my order were rude and unprofessional. They acted as though I was inconveniencing them and seemed more focused on leaving than serving customers. It’s unacceptable for staff to display this attitude, especially when customers are expecting full service during your advertised hours.
Please ensure your team is properly trained and motivated to provide quality service, especially during all operating hours. This experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing.

Ordered via uber eats. There was a delay as so one from Door Dash picked up my order. I called the store and the staff was rude and defensive before they ever heard my issue. Called twice as she told me it was “on the way”. The second time, after 1h15min wait, the person who was answering phone on Saturday Oct 26, 2024@1030 pm was incredibly rude despite my patience and told me I needed to be patient bc she did her job. . I will never order from there again and don’t recommend them

Cookie was decent, the cashier (Elizabeth T) had a very very bad attitude and if she didn’t want to come to work she should’ve stayed home. All love to the franchise but could have much better service. We were the only ones in there and she was mad about grabbing cookies. 4/10 might come back again

I visit this place 2 years ago,the employee( adult blk female ) had a frown on her face,filthy attitude,late,little to nothing ready , honestly any time I see that the work staff is predominantly ( US ) I get the HELL ON!! Especially in ATL!!!,I was so pissed of from the experience, I never ate anything from insomnia.

Was bewildered at the service. Ordered ice cream on a cookie, and when I requested for a box was told they were not doing that. However, just 2 customers before me a person ordered the same and got a box for takeout. How did their policy change in 2 customers?
