The customer service was top tier! The young lady was extremely helpful and gave us a sample of two cookies to try. We fell in love with the oreo blend and the sugar cookie with sprinkles, so that's what we purchased. They were fresh and tasted amazing. When you need a little sugar rush this is the place to go!

This place can be very unprofessional. Management gets an attitude if you want fresh cookies (this should be done without asking). At least 3 of the 4 times I've come here, I have to ask for fresh cookies and be inconvenient for 20 more minutes after standing in a long line. It would be nice to have someone in the establishment that makes customers feel like they are appreciated rather than a burden. It's hard to support a company that charges $3.00 for one small cookie...

My husband and I were visiting from out of town. We stumbled across this place, driving back to our hotel and decided to try them. We're so happy that we did. The ABSOLUTE BEST COOKIES IN THE WORLD!!! I wish there was one in Michigan. We went back a couple of times. Each time, the cookies were fresh and hot. The service was quick, although there was a line each time we went. Keep up the good work!!
