Picked up a 4-pack from Insomnia Cookies with a mix of Chocolate Chip, Classic M&M, Dark Chocolate Mint, and Oatmeal Walnut Chocolate Chip. The cookies were warm, soft, and reminded me a bit of Crumbl Cookie.

The oatmeal cookie was the standout for me—moist, flavorful, and just the right texture. (Maybe I’m biased, but oatmeal cookies just hold it together better.)

Would I go back? Absolutely. It’s a solid step up from your average chain cookie—definitely better than grabbing one from Tim Hortons (Even as a Tim Hortons cookie enjoyer). That said, the vibe in the shop could use a little boost. A smile at the counter would’ve gone a long way in sweetening the experience.

Edit///// the management there at insomnia cookies off Glenwood replaced my order the next day with no questions asked. Oh and they are very helpful. I was highly pleased with the store and employees. But Uber is garbage...I'll stand on that. ordered through Uber eats, around 12 a.m. I was informed through the app that my order would arrive between 135 and 155. Once it was passed the latest given time. I got a notification stating my order was complete. I had not seen anyone come down my street and I had been out there the entire time in which I was informed it would be. Uber eats calls there and the say they did not have a delivery driver and they were having to order another driver to come pick up the order. Why am I ordering on Uber if they are going to deliver their own stuff to begin with!! Anyways, three hours later I still have not seen anyone not been contacted either. So I call Uber back and they inform me that they are unable to compensate me for anything, which I know is not insomnia cookies fault. But what is their fault is still taking orders when they should have clearly not done so from the jump. I'm highly disappointed in both places, more so than you could even account. I can assure you this though, I'm not letting this go unanswered. I will seek legal aide in the matter if need be.

I Know the difference from a fresh cookie then a old cookie reheated i’m originally from memphis and the insomnia cookies out there was always fresh and good if i didn’t have to be somewhere i wouldn’t took these cookies back these cookies are to high not to be fresh

This location had at least 3 to 4 workers and one person taking and grabbing orders. There is absolutely no reason to have a store full of workers with a long line of people waiting. The cookies are good but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous.
