Drive 30 mins to get these cookies and they are as hard as brick. This hasn’t been the first time in the last 6-8 months this has happened at this location. I will literally never come here again and waste nearly $20 on cookies that were either left out or over baked. Better off buying the $5 grocery store

This place was a complete disappoint. I came with my boyfriend because store operations say they are open till 3 AM on weekends, and Friday night at 12:13 AM, they choose to close early. Even though they are still searching people inside, they lock the door as we are about to walk in and say that they are sorry. If they aren’t open late, that’s fine but they need to update their hours online and and their website!

This place has a nice set up, very small but great atmosphere without a lot of seating. However, let’s get into this, the cookies are very soft and will last for at least 4days before getting hard. The taste when fresh is ok but tasted similar to a dog for me. That’s the best way to describe it but It was not welcoming. I paid for snickerdoodle, sugar and one raisin oatmeal.

I haven't had these cookies in years and was looking forward to them. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I wanted. The size used to be one of the many highlights and now they're so much smaller. The chocolate chunk are still very good, but the macadamia cookies aren't. The red velvet was terrible.Now onto the location. The wait time was abysmal. I placed the order online and it still took an additional 30-40 minutes to receive my order. They could've at least offered something for the wait, but NO!!! I will NEVER go back to this location EVER again.

Cmon folks... its currently 12:42am 01/4/2024. Walked in to this location and the music was turned all the way up like it was a club. The employee who had an attitude for no apparent reason, had to yell over the music and take my order. Somebody turned the music down eventually, but this all together was an extremely unprofessional setting and experience. It's unfortunate because this is a local location, but tonight really ruined it for me. These scheduled staff at these times of the night needs to learn how to conduct business without management being present, and if they were present shame on them.

The guy was ok. He wouldn't let me use the restroom. He sent me a few businesses down. No milk! Only strawberry and chocolate. Make that make sense. The cookies are good, just a little too rich tasting for me. It's like 30 bucks for a dozen! Over hyped if you ask me. I will not be returning. The cookie places in the malls are just as good. But I do recommend you give them a try for yourself.

Was in the area and keep hearing about this place. Decided to stop by. The area is really cute and artsy. Walked in and was greeted by a very welcoming guy with great energy. I asked what his favorite cookie was and he gave me a recommendation. Instead, I opted to try chocolate chip and sugar cookies. The cookies were so warm and moist. They were really tasty. I also tried vanilla ice cream. I didn't care for the ice cream as much. But I would definitely recommend this place.
