12-2-24 - daughter wanted cookies šŖ while were in the area. We ordered the 5 Classic and 1 Deluxe cookies option. Good choices, but was hoping for a Chocolate Chip šŖ with pecans option. I had the Red Velvet, white macadamia nut, and snicker doodle cookies. My daughter had snicker doodle, sugar cookies, and Salted Caramel Deluxe. Good cookies, and we were able to park outside the store. Good customer service š
Came out to Insomnia Cookies at almost midnight after a business dinner to grab some late night snacks. It was packed, but we got through the line very quickly, and as always, the cookies were bomb. The cashier was very patient with us and great customer service. I enjoyed the peanut butter cookies.

Two stars for packaging and location but the rest of this review goes downhill. My daughter and I wanted Crumble cookies but they were closed, so she Googled and discovered Insomnia Cookies! We drive twenty minutes to try these well reviewed cookies to only be let down by the lack of flavor but also our customer service experience. As this was our first time trying I decided to get the 5 cookie package + a deluxe add on. I ordered 5 DIFFERENT cookies so we could sample them and discover which ones we liked best. I paid the overpriced cost for what turned out to be VERY basic cookies. To my surprise I didnāt get the variety of cookies I ordered, I was charged for two sugar cookies when one should have been a macadamia cookie. No biggie right? Wrong! I was gaslit by the staff who took my order and he doubled down on me telling him two sugar cookies when I did not. I knew for sure I ordered a macadamia cookie as this is my favorite cookie in the universe of cookies so if anything I may have slipped and said two of those but for sure not two sugar cookies. I left not giving the back and forth exchange any more energy than it deserved and decided Iāll leave this review and not patronize the business again. For the price of these cookies you would think customer service would not missā¦ like AT ALL. He had an opportunity to resolve a really low complex issue and maybe earn future business. But he chose to do the opposite and for that Iām out!l We for sure wonāt be back or even recommend to others. Also if you are craving something sweet, soft and warm run to your local grocery store and get you a Toll House or Pillsbury roll or tub and recreate the exact same cookies at home for way cheaper.
The man was very pleasant. My mother had never had Insomnia and she enjoyed the cookies and ice cream.
