Unfortunately this location wasn’t right first of all no one was in there… the big black man who must of been gay. cause his attitude was like we ain’t got nothing hurry up and buy! I took my 2 kids here just to get two 2scoops of ice cream for $5 each that they didn’t even like cause the flavor they wanted was out. I didn’t even wanna support this business because of his energy was so off plus low stock. but my kids was exited for ice cream I didn’t wanna let them down because of his attitude. but I won’t be returning to this location ever!!

It's currently 12:40am and my friends and I just left a lounge and were craving insomnia cookies... but would you believe that this location is CLOSED. Even thought the open light was off, I still got out and went to the door... indeed locked. I called the general line and Spring st is open. Does corporate know some locations are closed when they should be open?? Bottom line, call before you waste your time!

Hours listed said they were open. When we arrived the lights were on and we could see someone inside, but the door was locked. They turned the lights off and left us outside. Wanted to try but I’ll take that as an indication to stay away.

The cashier was very sweet and helped with what we wanted to order but I have NEVER been to a insomnia cookies anywhere and received such hard cookies. These cookies were dry, crumbly and just plain hard. I also got a Blondie, which was harder than taking a comb through undetangled 4c hair. I wish I would’ve checked the cookies before leaving but the bathroom was out of order and I really had to use the restroom. I am very disappointed and wish I could get my money back. I had been craving a Blondie for six months and drove 45 minutes out of my way for not only bad Blondies but bad cookies as well.

This is a cookie place that one of my friends was going crazy over, so we stopped. I had the oatmeal walnut and sugar cookie. Sugar was ok, oatmeal walnut too chunky....I dont understand the rave or the cost. 6 cookies for 21 bucks....go home and bake better cookies.

These reviews are lies. The cookies are always nasty. Ive tried numerous times because this location is more convenient, but I’ll stick with Midtown for now on.
Kevin was awesome and patient, helping me order cookies for my family, it was easy and they were AMAZING COOKIES. Highly recommend. See the picture I took below lol.

Great flavor! Love that they have GF! Would be great if they had more than one Gf flavor (chocolate chip). Cookies served warm. It’s $2.85 for the regular cookie flavors, price goes up for the fancier flavors. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 as it’s a bit pricey for what it is.

I was excited to try this place as I've seen online advertising but do not live close to a location. I ordered a snickerdoodle cookie with 2 scoops of icing. The 3 stars given was honestly do to the polite employee assisting me. For the product, the cookie wasn't anything special plus it was not soft and chewy. If not for the employee, I would have given less stars.
