IPIC Theaters

We've been here several times and we take our kids as an elevated movie experience and they seem to like it. Last went here to see Avatar and the food was good. I didn't get any drinks. Servers did what they were supposed to do just nothing fantastic. They validate parking

The theater was great, but the service was not. SO slow. I asked for water three times before I actually got it….more than an hour into the movie. And it took 30+ minutes to get a drink.

This theater is very nice. However, the seats sit low and it's harder for older people to get out of the seats. Also we ordered Margaritas and the tequila they used was very cheap. You did not even get a buzz. For $15.00 , it seems like we were drinking flavored water. Waitress was friendly. The food was A1 though. GREAT GREAT FOOD👍🏽👍🏽

Last night, my partner and I went to see Primate. After purchasing our tickets and taking the elevator up, we were met by a staff member at the entrance who did not greet us or offer any assistance, even though we were clearly looking around trying to find our theater. It set a bit of an unwelcoming tone right from the start.

Once seated, I ordered a small buttered popcorn and my partner ordered a small truffle parmesan popcorn. It took about 30 minutes for the popcorn to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. Also the guy dropping it off said “you welcome” I guess in response to us not thanking him lol. Given that the movie itself was only 87 minutes long, this was especially frustrating. I brought this up to our server…but there was no offer to replace it with fresh popcorn, so we decided to return it. After that interaction, his demeanor was noticeably condescending, which made the situation uncomfortable.

In addition, my partners food arrived well before mine, which further added to the poor timing and overall experience.

We spent over $200 that evening and chose iPic specifically because we both work a lot and don’t get many opportunities to enjoy quality time together. What made this more disappointing is that I’ve visited this location before and had an amazing experience …so much so that I genuinely talked it up and was excited to return.

I understand that everyone can have an off night, but given the price point and the expectations that come with the iPic brand, this visit fell very short. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it can help improve future guest experiences.

We enjoyed our movie with nice reclining chairs and they also provide a blanket. They have a food menu and drink menú. Also our seats had a divider between the other set of seats which we had our own privacy.

I had an excellent time at iPic Theaters. From the moment I walked in, the experience felt a step above a typical movie outing. The recliner seating is extremely comfortable, and the added blanket is a thoughtful touch that makes the theater feel cozy and inviting. The sound and screen quality were impressive, and the smaller theater layout created a more private atmosphere that really elevated the experience.

Ordering food from your seat is a convenience I really appreciated, and the quality was much better than I expected for a theater. The sliders and fries were delicious, and the cocktails were well made. Service throughout the show was attentive yet quiet enough not to be distracting.

Terrible service our server kept bringing up the wrong drink then charged us for the wrong item. Ask for the manage and she didn’t want to correct the mistake and reflect the correct food and drinks ordered. Messed up my first experience and the end of the movie. Do better!!!!!

They lie to us the seat were not reserved but the guys at the booking told us it’s been taken

Love the private seating for couples. Wings are good and drinks are strong.

Overpriced tickets, lack of traditional movie snacks, quiet theater(not loud enough) poor picture quality. Go literally anywhere else

Always a wonderful experience however…
I’ve been a Gold member at IPIC for some time, and I have to say the experience at the Atlanta Colony Square location has gone downhill. The carpets are in desperate need of a deep cleaning and deodorizing. You smell the stench upon entering. On top of that, the blankets/throws provided in the theaters smell awful and clearly aren’t being properly washed or sanitized.

For the high prices this establishment charges, basic cleanliness should be a priority. These issues are obvious and concerning, and it’s disappointing that they haven’t been addressed.
