Bad service, I sat for so long they forgot I was there , finally got my order in it took forever to get it 45min later when it came it was cold , won’t be coming back

After exactly one hour of waiting for my to go order I asked the lady at the register to check if the kitchen received my order but was met with an attitude. She reluctantly checked and said "He's new and he hasn't got to it yet". Store isn't even busy. 1 hour and still hasn't even started it. Ridiculous.

Tonight I ordered the Chicken Nachos. To my disappointment 😞 i was not able to eat it. Thanks to the cook putting ONIONS ON IT.

Dietary restrictions: Allergic to ONIONS........made sure to say NO ONIONS on my order of . I watch the waitress put it in the computer to make sure it was just what I wanted. After leaving and opening my meal to find it had ONIONS ALL OVER IT. I am so not happy 😠 and I will not get started on the fish and chips.

If you have time please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD. I WASTED $30.. 😠

Try the endless past bowl. They ran out of many items and forgot to include things that were supposed to be included without explanation but the food tasted and looked good overall.

Went in around 8:30pm because so many places close so early. There was only 2 servers and one of them was running the register and trying to take orders. The service was very slow but the food was good. We didn’t even get a bag to put our leftover plates in. This could be a good business but some major improvements would need to be made. If you’re in a hurry or very hungry, this is not the place to eat.

I have a very bad memory of this restaurant, I will not go back to the restaurant, it works very slowly, I ordered once, I forgot, the waiter took the order again, I waited 2 hours for one t bone steak????
petro manager please update the workers and ask them to improve the service

As a truck driver i have been to a lot of iron skillets throught america and this is by far the worst one i have been to so far waited 15 minits for service and got none wait staff just looked at me and kept walking i was so displeased with the service that i walked out beffore i even saw a menu i will not be stopping heare ever again this restaurant should fire its entire wait staff and start fresh
