I'm so sick and tired of places saying they close at 10 but yet won't let you order at 9:52..... Like this is a truck stop... ????

It sad this place sucks so bad. The service is sub par. Dont get me wrong the workers are nice enough but the service is slow and food is always 100 wrong. Came in for a late breakfast and not one thing other than the black coffee was served correctly. Order led well done English muffins and well. Nope. Ordered well done hashbrowns. Again. Nope. Sunny up eggs were fried. Sent it back and got the same thing again on a different plate. Edible yeah but was it what was ordered. Nope. Why is it so hard to carry a pad a paper when taking an order. Why is it so hard to recognize that the order you took is WRONG before taking it the customer. Laziness is why. Pure and simple. This place is a joke.

My recent experience was not pleasant here.Service was slow despite the restaurant was not even half full, wait time was longer than 30 min, food was cold and the server was wearing strong perfume. You can't enjoy food when you can feel other strong smells. The server is waiting for you to leave a tip and watching how much you leave him. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Also stuff avoids eye contact so you have to scream or wait for them to pay attention. The management needs to train the stuff.

The eggs were over cooked the hashbrowns under cooked buttered toast no jelly. A d an hour and 5 minutes to get it. This is the worst breakfast I've had at a PETRO TRUCK STOP IN A LONG TIME. Will be having a bowl of cereal in the truck today.

We just arrived at 9pm and checked if we saw the restaurant still open, but we asked the black gir work to say it closed. It is supposed to be 10pm closed. We were going to eat for dinner.

It's a TA. Good stop for us, truckers. Was a bit of a wait for take out service.

This restaurant is atrocious… all the staff is musty and they definitely have roaches

Not a buffet. Very poor service, rude, and "you just gonna have to wait" attitudes. The food is far from best, when and if you get it. Be prepared to argue over pricing and food not received. Trucker type environment.Parking: Not very safe. Not for families. Several panhandlers & loiterers. The area is known for crime and shootings. Part of an old truck-stop.

Food was okay. Had the Cajun white fish but there were two servers only and they didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Never got a refill on my drink either. Just walk over to Burger King if you’re needing a

Very disappointed i orderd chicken parmesan and its been a hour and i havent got the food yet. Thinking about walking out. Iron skillet is my favorite place to eat at has a truck driver but this one really needs a new ma ager or something. I think they gave my food to someone else twice. This place is very disappointing

They ran out of pancakes. There was one young lady that was so kind and apologetic. Ultimately, we chose not to eat there. Don't run out of pancakes.

Date: 6 DEC 2023Time: 1702And a veteran and a truck driver I travel all over this great nation and patronize Iron Skillet a lot. This was by far the worst experience I’ve encountered. Totally under staffed. The server with the short cut blonde fade hair, was completely rude. She talked to customers as if she was frustrated and doing them a favor and she was training a new employee on their first day. I hope her poor work ethic and bad attitude don’t rub off on the trainee. When in Atlanta I will not support this Iron Skillet.

We just sat here for 40 minutes waiting on a chicken sandwich and quesadillas to find out our order wasn't even in the kitchens window. I am so mad right now. Shame on ya'll for being too busy to take care of your customers.
